I have use Stoler Lexus service since 2022 and I am very satisfied with precise and concise way that they service my LS 500. Michel Reino is my service advisor,he is very patient and knowledgeable I always take his expertise and follow his advice about my Lexus. I also will recommend Stoler Lexus technicians and body shop. Michel Reino is very good at timing he know exactly how many hours customers will spend in dealership. This is my second LS Lexus and I have been using Lexus dealerships since 2015 . For me Stoler Lexus of Farmingdale is the best.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a car dealership than the one I had at Stoler Lexus in Farmingdale. I went to browse with my husband for a new “mom car”. Gabriella greeted us and was so welcoming and friendly. She also knew so much about the SUVS available since I do NOT want a mini van, but want a car spacious enough for my two babies under two. She walked us through all the cars that she felt fit our description. She understood our concerns about the safety and longevity of the car we had in mind. So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Big kudos to Anisa, Zak and Niketa of the Sales team!!! And, a big shout out too to Manav who comprehensively and patiently demonstrated all the many features of the SUV to me.
