Friendly staff, they work hard to assure your satisfaction. This is our third Lexus purchased from the same dealership. The new technology in the vehicle is somewhat difficult to understand but the team at Lexus of Clearwater worked hard and diligently to help us with this new technology so we could enjoy the car. PS: The owners manual says a lot about nothing. It would benefit Lexus to rewrite it in a format that actually explains how to accomplish what you are trying to understand about the vehicle. Thank goodness for Lexus of Clearwater?s IT Guy.

I purchased 3 cars from Carlton at TCL over the years, but due to geographics I don't do much with them anymore. I needed a receipt from a year ago for some minor parts I purchased. Had a oil change and tire rotation.Other things checked out.Also car was washed and cleaned when work finished.It was about 2 hour wait.Plenty of knacks and yes coffee,water and other drinks.As usual walked out and viewed new vehicles.

The sales person was very well knowledgeable and allowed he customer to make decisions at the customer own pace. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

We had a rather complicated issue with starting our Lexus...sometimes it would start and other times not. We live in Southern Pines NC and the Toyota dealer there had been trying for almost 10 months to try to isolate this issue....after keeping the car again for another three days...it kept starting so the problem could not be identified We finally took it to Johnson Lexus and it just then did not.start...Jeffrey was our lead man on the issue and quickly helped solve the problem...so far our Lexus is behaving nicely...thanks to all involved. Have been to Johnson Lexus for years now...always been 100%
