I was very satisfied with Zaid and the rest of the staff at Twins Auto of Dublin. They have a great selection of used cars that tend be "higher end". Zaid was extremely knowledgeable about every brand and model. He wasn't overly pushy, which I appreciate. They were quick, painless, and fair when it came to negotiation and the financials.

It took almost (4) hours for an oil change and inspection. Everything else was exceptional. The staff was engaged and informative.

We shopped a couple of other Toyota dealers, but had the best service with Mike Maynard at Toyota of Fayetteville. He kept working with us until we found the 2025 Camry with all the features we wanted. He explained everything well and made the whole process pleasant. He answered all our questions and has been available for follow up questions after the sale.

It was good. The paperwork process when closing was a bit messy though. The wrong information was reflected on the docs and I still don’t have a copy of them that I can access.

I honestly do not see why some have put bad reviews, we had nothing but a positive experience today when we bought our 2025 Mazda cX-50 Hybrid. All the staff was super friendly, we were even invited to eat with them. Adam Brazier was super helpful to us. I recommend them, they were the cheapest on the vehicle we wanted and live almost 2 hours from Paducah.

I just bought a 2008 bmw 650i from Rick. I am amazed how clean the car is overall but especially the motor. I brought it home and had a chance to take a closer look, not a drop of oil leak and even the air filter was brand new. I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.
