I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care . Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!

Call set up appointment , Paula ver nice , helpful , got my wife talking care had to buy new key fob , due to we lost it somewhere . Got the car back with new key fob , working very good . Very happy .

I purchased 3 cars from Carlton at TCL over the years, but due to geographics I don't do much with them anymore. I needed a receipt from a year ago for some minor parts I purchased. I sent a request and literally within minutes Stewart in parts emailed me the receipt. It has to be the worlds record. I have forgotten how good they are.

we recently purchased a vehicle from Pembroke Pines Lexus and had mostly a positive experience. Our salesperson Mike was absolutely -professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He made us feel comfortable throughout the process and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever being pushy. His customer service was top-notch and truly made the experience enjoyable. However, we were disappointed with our experience in the finance office. The representative we worked with came across as impatient and rushed, which made that part of the process feels stressful and uncomfortable. We expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy, especially given the otherwise excellent service from Mike and the rest of the dealership staff. Overall, we are happy with our vehicle and very appreciative of Mike’s help
