Bought an RX350 from Chuck Cunningham . He did a great job and made the process easy. Finance guy (Don’t remember his name), was very rude and unprofessional. He was the worst part of the whole purchase.

The service advisor that I worked with was Michael Taylor. He was excellent through the entire process. He updated me as the car was being repaired and parts were needed. His mannerisms were professional and he was always open with his time for discussion or questions that I had. I can honestly say that when I need to bring my car into service, I will seek him to be my advisor. The videos that the technician sent as he was diagnosing my vehicle were clear, and well spoken. My thanks and appreciation to this experience.

My brakes had failed in Midwest city. I coasted all the way to Bob Howard, through my panic and frustration, Curt?s excellent customer service and people skills made everything seem more attainable. I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.
