Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

Since I brought my vehicle in for a 36 month check up, that I thought was to be covered under the 36 month or 36,000 mile warranty / service plan from the original acquisition of the car, I was caught a bit off guard by the cost of the service at about $1,500. When a vehicle is sold with what I thought was most all regularly scheduled maintenance covered for 36 months, it was surprising to find otherwise. Yes, I approved the maintenance items with cost attached to them, as without the proper expertise in the engineering of the vehicle, and lacking car repair and maintenance expertise, it is impossible for me to know better than BMW as to what should or should not be done to properly maintain the vehicle. Assuming the maintenance items performed were required, then they should be included in the warranty / maintenance program, since they were required within the 36 month period.

We decided on a 4 runner before visiting Kendal. I checked the website and used chat to relay what I was looking for. Arn responded within an hour. He laid the available 4 runners meeting our criteria. We went in 6 hours later to view the inventory. We entered the showroom, and within 15 minutes Tamara asked if we were being helped, she the walked us through the whole process. Tamara took us on a test drive and answered all our questions. We warmed up to Tamara, and Arn, liked them both, they were extremely nice, not pushy, the whole process was pleasant. Filed the loan app online, easy, spent an hour signing forms. And so far, we are very pleased with our purchase.

My service experience was with Danny Jones as service advisor,the communication between us was up to date,informative and helpful.I was kept appraised of the ongoing of my Rover and if I had a question Danny was able to contact the tech right away and get back to me post haste.I have had my original opinion from previous service calls turned completely around for the better.I want to thank Danny a d the service technicians for taking care of my concerns and I will continue to bring my Rover in for all kinds of service.

Don't be fooled by just low prices - they all pay the same for vehicles. These guys know how to order new trucks with the right packages that won't cost you an extra arm and a leg. Save thousands by knowing how to order the right option packages on your next vehicle. Some dealers don't know how and you either get a truck with too many stupid options or not enough.

While road-tripping from Phoenix, the serpentine belt on my LX570 shredded, wrapped itself around the fan clutch, and mangled the front of the engine bay. Google Maps showed another Lexus dealer closer, yet Temecula Valley Lexus’ spotless looking facility (Google maps pics) and stellar ratings convinced me to gamble on the longer tow—and I’m grateful I did. Even though I rolled up in a rented Chevy work truck, the service team welcomed me like I’d just driven onto their service drive floor with my lexus. Service Consultant Adam Caughron listened patiently to my whole “out-of-state, vacation-clock-is-ticking” tale and, despite a no appointments available schedule for days, promised to make my LX a priority. By the next morning he’d already called with a clear diagnosis and confirmed parts on order. The next couple evenings, Adam and the technician (an unsung hero I wish I’d caught by name) stayed past 10:30 p.m., both wrenching side-by-side to get me back on the road. The following day I picked up a perfectly repaired LX, checked out of my rental vehicle, and headed home on schedule. Adam even gave me his personal number and asked me to text when I arrived safely—service that goes far beyond the job description. Temecula Valley Lexus knows I’m unlikely to become a regular customer from hundreds of miles away in another state, yet they treated me as if I were family. I had already leased an Infiniti car, and I had to return it next month, so I went to a dealership. The Infinity Manager was helpful, and the dealership staff also helped. We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

It was good. The paperwork process when closing was a bit messy though. The wrong information was reflected on the docs and I still don’t have a copy of them that I can access.

We just bought a new CR-V from Honda of Chantilly, and we highly recommend the dealership and salesmen Will and Dio. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't pressure us to decide, but when we did, they moved quickly to get the car ready and the paperwork completed. We were also impressed with Rebecca, the finance manager; Alex, a sales manager; and Jamal, the general manager. All are top-notch professionals. If we need another vehicle, we'll go back to this dealership.
