I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. I stopped by Cerritos Lexus to look at the 3 different RX350?s the base, Premium & Premium Plus. I told Luis the nice salesperson I met in lobby that let me do my homework & we?ll talk later. Luis texted me later in the day & I told him what I was willing to pay as long as I qualified for 3.99% Lexus credit & he responded 10 minutes later & said manager will accommodate you. I went in at 6 pm & drove away at 8:30 with my wife?s new RX. Staff was very friendly & not pushy I would definitely buy my next vehicle from them in the future.
