It’s not often that we write a review about the people involved in selling something to us. But from start to finish every aspect of purchasing a car at Darcar in Greenwich was excellent. Our sales consultant,Ted,and sales manager Neerja, were very knowledgeable and highly professional. They listened to our endless questions and concerns and worked with us on finding the right car that fit our needs and budget - all without pressure. My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable.
