My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

The folks at Performance Lexus really know how to WOW you! It's been about 10 years since I bought a new vehicle and I have to say this was by far my best experience ever! Their attention to detail is second to none. They went out of their way to get me the car I wanted (GX460). The car was about 90 miles away at another Lexus dealership and they had it on a flatbed truck shipped to their dealership the next day! I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience. Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

I purchased a used 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring. I took an extended test drive before deciding to purchase vehicle. Amazingly there was no pressure to buy. Received great sales service from Matt ( sales manager). I had been looking for a particular color and trim level Hyundai Tucson. He went above and beyond to find and help me with the purchase. Had been to another Hyundai dealer in Nky and test drove car and gave salesman my info and trade info and he said would give me a call next day with price. I waited two days and no response so Called his cell # on business card. He answer and said he forgot and would call next day, no call. Reached out to the dealer and asked if they had any price or info for me and manager said he had no info so I told him to tell the salesman to forget it. Thanks again to Matt !!

Very good looking all the bells and whistles great acceleration easy to drive wish it had come with rain sensing wipers. It is the only thing lacking

We just purchased a 2020 RX350, Moonbeam Beige Metallic. This was our second Lexus from this dealership. One of the things which brought us back to this dealer was Phil Booth and our great experience with our previous Lexus. Like Mercedes, Cadillac and other luxury car dealers free carwashes are included when you purchase one of their cars. Unfortunately Performance RiverCenter is no longer including carwashes . In the past you just drove in told the Service Writer you wanted a carwash and head off to the waiting area. Your car got washed while you had a coffee and answered some emails. I was really surprised as was our sale rep to discover this valued service had been discontinued. I hope the dealer will reconsider their decision as carwashes was one of the things which helped the brand stand out agains other luxury brands.

Love this car! I’m a 60 year old female , I lease this Lexus and it’s so much fun to drive! Love the sleek look, the sport mode, the radio rocks! Not one complaint… I looked around… decided on the V6, IS 350, and it’s a pure joy to drive! You won’t regret it!

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.
