My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

Reliable, holds it's value reputation really well. Fun to drive, and it's a sports coupe. Decent fuel mileage, low cost maintenance. Comfortable seat's, plenty of space room. Trunk space is nice to have. This car is just super sharp looking.

Very few Coupes have the ride, comfort, performance and entry/exit benefits and enough trunk, oops golf club space for an older person 60s whose still into 2 doors. After 7 years on market the F Sport still offers gorgeous lines, the sweetest V6 engine and back up service that no one has but Lexus. 6th Lexus weve owned and looking forward to delivery before they run out! The RC set new standards in 2014 and isnt far off the mark even today. Still a little pricey.

It was clean and organized from the parking lot throughout the facility. The reps were amazing and take care of you well. The customer service did t end after my purchase. They followed up to make sure I was happy with my choice and offered any assistance if needed in the future. This is an amazing team.

I test drove this vehicle and it drove so smoothly, felt so comfortable, and i was amazed at the price. It had interior features that one expects from Lexus, and more importantly, it has a number of safety features that have prevented bumps and accidents. I cannot say enough good things about this car.

3 years ownership and 50k miles later. It still looks better than most cars on the road. I can't get enough of the V8 noises. There is definitely a learning curve to this car to understand how Lexus designed this powertrain to work. Once you know it it is so much fun. The bad reviews are from the journalists who didn't spend much time with the car. No reliability issues no expensive maintenance if you are a DIYer. Everything can be done at the fraction of the cost. It is built like a tank. Built to last. Design is aging beautifully. My 2015 still look fresh to the current designs in the market. Nothing but satisfaction on every expect. Excellent daily that you won't have to worry about putting miles. Great truck space, Practical. Very exclusive. Sounds like no other with aftermarket exhaust.
