I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

Audi South Orlando was welcoming, clean and all about their customers. I was welcomed when I walked in. When I came back the following day the person at the front desk remembered me. It was clean and organized from the parking lot throughout the facility. The reps were amazing and take care of you well. The customer service did t end after my purchase. They followed up to make sure I was happy with my choice and offered any assistance if needed in the future. This is an amazing team.

I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. This is the best car I’ve ever owned. So reliable and very fun to drive. The 2UR-GSE 5.0 liter V-8 mated to the 8-speed transmission is a perfect combination. Ordered mine in December 2014 and it arrived in late January 2015 and was in my garage the next day. After 10 1/2 years of ownership, I still love it. No regrets. I also own a 2018 LC 500 purchased new, great looking car but the RCF is, in my opinion, more fun to drive than the LC 500. Sorry to hear about 2025 being the last year for the RCF. With that news, I don’t plans to sell mine.

Very few Coupes have the ride, comfort, performance and entry/exit benefits and enough trunk, oops golf club space for an older person 60s whose still into 2 doors. After 7 years on market the F Sport still offers gorgeous lines, the sweetest V6 engine and back up service that no one has but Lexus. 6th Lexus weve owned and looking forward to delivery before they run out! The RC set new standards in 2014 and isnt far off the mark even today. Still a little pricey.

Eric did a fantastic job. The entire team made sure everything went very smoothly. I would buy a car from them again. I am from out of state but if I lived closer I would bring my care to them if it needed service as well.

The quality of service at the dealer worth for money and value. And I prefer to be checked at dealer always since they do proper diagnosis and have tools.

The work performed was done well took abit of time but the truck is running awesome with the new bilstien shocks and struts.

Bought my 2016 RC300 with 19K miles. Love the styling inside and out. Has every option you could ever want, and then some. I get compliments on it almost daily. It makes me happy every time I drive it. What more could you want.

Once I got in touch with the salesperson, & more explicitly communicated my situation, things got better. They've had no prior experience w/ email checks from out of state Credit Unions. They're still getting their head around it & learning about it. Hopefully they'll resolve it by next week.

I love the body style of the 2019 RC350 more so now than in the past. The only thing I wish it had was a larger screen. Although, the 2020 models, the screen is larger.

I love this car! Have owned it amost 2yrs now. Great mpg. Power is good. Its smooth and quiet and crusies around better than anything I’ve owned before. So much car for the money.
