This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

After the sale i found an issue. They insisted I bring it in to make it right. They went above and beyond to make sure it was. It is an amazingly nice surprise to find a company and people with such a strong commitment to customer service. Genuinely looking out for their customers. The next time i need a used or new car, they will absolutely be the first ones I contact, even if they are 80 miles away.

This is my second Lexus. I originally had an ES 350 which was a wonderful car. I am very happy with the Lexus RX It drives nicely, is roomy, spacious, comfortable, and is an excellent car to own

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Great experience. Jeff Friess was very nice to work with . The whole experience of finding a car on-line, letting Waukesha Porsche know I was interested, Jeff contacting me, trading in a car and then picking the Cayenne up all workout perfectly. Plus Jeff did a great job of delivering the Cayenne. It's has some sophisticated features that after Jeff walking me through there operation I feel very satisfied with knowing how they work I'd buy another car from Waukesha Porsche.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I’m not affluent enough to normally shop at a Mercedes/AMG/Porsche dealership, so I felt uncomfortable just pulling into the lot. But literally everyone there, especially Amin, made me feel welcome and put me at ease. Their pricing is fair and I believe Amin worked to get the best price for my trade-in. If there are any fees or charges, they are very transparent about it early on. Well before signing any paperwork. Kyle in finance was great too. This car net all my needs- I get a lot of compliments when I have passengers. Very good in gas per miles. Roomy in back seat- lots of leg room.

Lexus is my favorite car brand. I've owned several over 25 years. I've never needed major service so maintenance costs are very low. The interior is extremely comfortable with many great interactive features.

You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

We just bought a TX350 from Lexus of Brookfield and had a very good experience. Dale Roeglin was our sales associate and was great! I had a great experience at Toyota, specifically with Bill P. He was able to fix an issue with our account that we were having for several weeks in which 4 other people were not able to fix. On top of that he knew exactly what the vehicle issue was and was spot on with his speculation. Best service provider I have had at Toyota and will be requesting him every time I go in!

I just purchased 3 weeks ago and this the best car i ever had. Compared to my 2002 mercedez Benz c-230 coupe and 2003 Acura MDX. This car is comfort,reliable and excellent. Wow !

Scheduled maintenance visit (oil change). Though it was only an oil change, Service Consultant Eddie Vargas provided an excellent level of service, providing as much time and attention as I needed, and reviewing the service history of the vehicle to make sure everything was up to date. The waiting room was excellent; clean and comfortable and stocked with refreshments. My Lexus is 20 years old, but I feel like I recieved the same treatment as someone who had brought in a new car.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.
