I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax. First their webpage, had great pictures and info on vehicle we were looking for, and at a fair price. We sent offer sheet and it was responded to right away, in a professional and friendly manor (no pressure) We met our salesperson Andre, friendly greeting, had Trax right in front cleaned up and ready for us to look at. After our test drive, Trax basically sold itself, we were pleasantly surprised, handling, features,and space in a smaller package. So next was just to finalize our deal, this is where Andre and Klick Lewis truly shined worked to get us the best financial rate (better than our pre-approval). We were right on budget, and had an additional warranty that we did not expect to have. I have bought many vehicles in my lie some new and some used. I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

I just purchased 3 weeks ago and this the best car i ever had. Compared to my 2002 mercedez Benz c-230 coupe and 2003 Acura MDX. This car is comfort,reliable and excellent. Wow !

Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

I was looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler. I've seen Auto Connection and the sweet vehicles they had. Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

BROUGHT MY 2001 MODEL OF THE LS 430 in 2010 with 100k...drove for over 13 years. I do my own oil change for the last 10 years...use regular oil don't use synthetic...for it will leak more. Also, I have been using regular gas for the last 12 years...milage is still great (20 local, 25 on hwy)...never change timing belt yet....starter die on 2012 ($600, parts and labor)...right now I just reach 450,000 miles....hoping to make it to 1/2 million mark....will buy another one once my die.

Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

this is the first time in all the years I have my vehicle that when I got my oil change I did not have to add oil. Everytime before this I had to add oil a day or two later. Who ever did the oil change was great. Thanks

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

This was a great experience. They priced the vehicle i was buying fairly, and kept the price they promised. They also gave me a fair price for my trade. Dan even followed up with me a week later to see if i was having any problems (I was not). It was a bit of a drive to get there (75 mins) but definitely worth the trip. They also got me a slightly better interest rate on my financing than i came with from my own Credit Union. Highly recommended

This car is a real eye catcher and it is very fast. It has so many options to many to list from the paddle shifter to the Mark Levinson soud system. It is a true sport luxury car a AWESOME CAR TO DRIVE!!!
