I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.

Everything was great. Your service guy was great. The service to the car was great. I give them A. I also was able to get a ride home until the service of the car was done and pick back up. I thank you guys for that.

Driver and passengers super comfortable. Mark Levinson sound system is amazing. The car is super fast for a hybrid! Depending on your preference for tires, it will ride accordingly. Environmentally better than a traditional cars with the hybrid system, it felt like a sports car 💯.

My only constructive comment would be finance. They gave me a bit of run around and told me 3 different ways to pay, after I jumped through hoops to get the money to them.
