Listened to the voicemail and we was very pleasant in his message and if we were interested to call and let him know. He reached out the next morning, we set up a time and test drive and talked. The 2018 LS500h RWD was on the dealer's lot for nearly 18 months. No one seemed to want it. But I (we) did! We haggled, beat up the sales people, they beat us up, and in the end my wife won. In late 2019, we traded a 2018 RX450h, less than a year old, and bought the luxury version LS w/dynamic suspension, massaging seats, etc) for less than half the asking price out-the-door with extended warranty and service packages (b/c of lot depreciation(!)) and my wife's insistence that everything be a fixed price. They had to reverse engineer the paperwork to suit. So, this car now has nearly 20K miles on it, and the last time on the highway from my sister's to our home (~210 miles) WI to IL, the LS500h averaged 36.3mpg! That is crazy for 75mph + on the freeways and snaking around streets here in a ~4800 lb. vehicle. Around the area in Will and DuPage counties, this LS averages about 29mpg in the summer and 25mpg in the winter. And it is comfortable as a feather to drive. Yes, the automatic shifting could be smoother, but we found that in the "normal" mode and Sport mode especially the shifting was just fine (and quick - I can lay rubber with it). Tire wear is a bit noticeable as this point, b/c this is a heavy vehicle. But I have never driven any more comfortable auto in my 73 years on the planet. Lexus did a very nice job with the hybrid version of the LS in 2018.

Purchased a new 2024 Toyota GR Corolla from Rudy Luther. This was a positive experience. I knew there was little chance to go slow MSRP on a new Circuit Edition, but the dealership did not ask for more than MSRP, and have me a fair price for my 2014 Prius. Good transaction.

The Lexus IS 350 F Sport has been a great car! It does a great job in the winter and the only downside is the clearance. But I can’t complain about the car, it has been great. It sounds good when you get on it and it’s quick. Not sure about 3 seconds quick like the gentleman in the other review and I’m almost certain he is a little high. But I plan on buying another Lexus just might try a different model. Plus I’m not as slim as I use to be.

Overall, our experience was great. The dealer listened to our needs and matched some cars to our request.

Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

Hi, i own a Is250 for almost 6 months now and after having this car for a period of almost 6 months i feel like i owe this review to this particular piece of art, i bought this car used as my first car and i had few other options that i was particularly interested in such as the 09 Accord and a 05 Gs350, while buying the car i wanted something quick, comfortable, good on gas and Ofcourse reliable and i vouch that this car has checked all the boxes i bought the car with over 400k KM driven i’ve driven this car allot even driving more than 600-700KM in a day, the last owner didn’t do a good care of the exterior and interior but he indeed took a decent care of the mechanical side of the car so far after driving more than 40k KM in just 6 months the only thing i spend was on a battery and a oil change thats all! Been super reliable girls like it and its a quick car truly a amazing vehicle to own 100% recommended

The reason for the low rating on the buying experience was because we had to wait an hour for the finance person to complete the purchase due to the late night visit and a customer ahead of us. Fortunately, the facilities were awesome. We had our fill of popcorn, fountain pop and the Twins game! This was our second vehicle purchased from this dealer and would come here again!

This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.

We've owned our 2015 GS-350 F Sport AWD model for 10 years and have had zero issues. Drives great, looks great, perfect fit and finish and bulletproof reliability. The F Sport suspension has a rougher ride on bad roads but the tradeoff is great handling. The infotainment system is somewhat dated and takes some getting used to but the audio system is great. Interior materials are top notch and show no wear after 10 years. Paint still looks shiny and new. My local Lexus dealer told me they almost never get these GS350 models back on trades because the customers never want to trade them in and I have to agree!

This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.
