You wouldn't believe it....they don't play the "let me ask my sales manager" games. The price is clearly stated and there are no additional "hidden fees" for this and that. I adore Jankat (Jon) and Metin as we spent most of our time with them; they are truly amazing men who make you feel honored that you are at their business. We've never had any car dealership treat us with so much respect and be so welcoming. I feel like Jankat and Metin are like family now! We had wonderful conversations about where they grew up and we learned so many details about their families. It is and was the best experience I've ever had to purchase a vehicle. I love my KIA Sorento so much more than our Cadillac SRX. And the price was REALLY GOOD !! I didn't get to meet everyone, but there wasn't a single person that did not have a smiling face and were very respectful and wonderful gentlemen. Purchased New E450 in January, 2025. Salesman Vinnie Altonello was very accommodating and courteous. Process was rather complicated but handled well to our satisfaction. The finance portion of the sales process also handled very professionally.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Best car buying experience I ever had. The whole team was awesome, polite, courteous, efficient and to the point. Stayed focused on customers needs. Looking at Ford Edge's for my daughter to drive to Colorado and live. After dealing with large dealerships and getting run around we pulled into Cars of Tampa saw no Edge but nice 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee they just got in 2 days prior, met all the options needed SUV, 6Cyl, Low miles for age, well maintained, AWD & 4x4 low for occasional off road camping,. They came down on price, fixed problems I wanted, rotors turned and new brakes installed. While repairing they found another problem replaced both fuel pumps. They even took vehicle to Jeep dealership to fix electrical problem found wires damaged inside rear panel, had all recalls updated. Cars.com rated as good deal but I feel it was a Great Deal. Research your vehicle, make and informed decision and don't buy till you feel comfortable, car fax a must. Drove 120 miles 3x & test drove 3 times. They even put it up on lift so I could view underside and check for rust or damage. No pressure, Manager said we like the cars and carfax to sell them selves. But they made sure the car was in top condition so my daughter would feel safe in a reliable auto driving across country. Thank You Cars of Tampa.

BROUGHT MY 2001 MODEL OF THE LS 430 in 2010 with 100k...drove for over 13 years. I do my own oil change for the last 10 years...use regular oil don't use synthetic...for it will leak more. Also, I have been using regular gas for the last 12 years...milage is still great (20 local, 25 on hwy)...never change timing belt yet....starter die on 2012 ($600, parts and labor)...right now I just reach 450,000 miles....hoping to make it to 1/2 million mark....will buy another one once my die.

Excellent group to work with even for an out of towner who never met in person. I found a pretty rare vehicle almost immediately after it was listed online by Genuine. Despite the fact they were obviously just receiving the vehicle, I pressed them to move forward as quickly as possible which they did. They took photos just for me and sent them over within a couple hours of my first contact. Within a couple more hours they had lined up the paperwork, and even made a couple quick changes that I requested that some dealers may have refused. Despite the fact I was purchasing from 300 miles away their proactive and professional response left me feeling very comfortable from start to finish. They delivered on every aspect quickly and exactly as I hoped. They worked directly with the auto transport company I had lined up and my vehicle arrived 48 hours later in perfect, as advertised condition. I’ve owned over 30 cars. From Mercedes to Honda etc. the Lexus ls460 has by far been the best car I’ve ever owned this car has never ever let me down or left me stuck anywhere EVER owned it since 2011 has 200k on it now. She doesn’t burn a drop of oil or leak anything at all. I’m also extremely hard on the car change the oil on time and keep up on the very low maintenance it needs and you’ll never be disappointed I highly recommend the Lexus ls460 to anyone who wants premium luxury without the insane maintenance costs. Very Luxurious Car inside and out, super reliable, never had any issues, drove the S500 and BMW 7 series before buying and liked this much better. Bought it used but it felt brand new. It is the best value luxury car available. Really amazing on long road trips or when you are in the car all day, it is like driving around in a recliner or a living room couch.

I purchased a Lexus ES330 19 years ago. At 168k miles, with regular maintenance and some parts that wore out just this year. (2023), it is still the car I absolutely love. Going to keep driving it til the wheels fall off! (No signs of that happening anytime soon.)

He delivered my car which was perfect to the last detail! He even took the time to explain all the ?bells and whistles? instead of telling me to look them up on YouTube! I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

I will ONLY use this dealer to buy and to repair. When I recently returned for service, I learned tat the service technician who I had developed a rapport with moved out of state. Of course I was concerned. I should not have worried!!! My new service technician, MJ, picked right up where Josh left off. In fact, after I picked up my car, I text MJ with a concern and within hours, I received a call and a remedy to my advantage. I was sooooo appreciative!

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

The ES350 is my newest purchase, as I have owned several Lexus models (LX 470, GX 460, GX 470, LS 400, ES250, plus 3 Toyota trucks from the Japanese brand. 2018 Lexus ES350 purchased as Certified Pre Owned Typically receive great service from Germain Lexus. Car has decent acceleration, ride is good however seats can be some what hard after 6 hours behind the wheel, technology is lagging with no ability to upgrade in reference to android auto or apple car play, handling and breaking is very good.

Way better service than the new port richey dealership that it went in for a recall and the next day the vehicle ran terrible that I ended up with a 1,000.00 repair that had nothing to do with the recall. I will continue to use Courtesy Hyundai even it's way farther and I get to keep my sanity
