You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. I?m sure I posed some challenging issues for the sales team and finance team over at Ourisman, as they are in Vergina and me out here in California, but it didn?t seem to faze them. I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Mr. Wright (salesman) and Ms. Hana (financing), provided awesome customer service. They were NOT pushy or unhelpful. Ms. Hana looked at the apr my bank was charging me, and provided me a MUCH lower apr. They made me feel like a valued customer.

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

This vehicle outdistances any other luxury car I’ve driven, by virtually every measure. Moreover, its automotive integrity and reliability (which mean fewer repairs) are unsurpassed. Every time I read accounts of MBS550 owners crying over maintenance expenses, I have to chuckle. For a pure luxury blue blood, pay $30-50k less for an LS and enjoy the ride.

Stunning vehicle! Extremely well built. Quiet as a mouse. Even at full throttle not noisy. Fit and finish is amazing. Performance is above average with no complaints. Sound system will run you out of the car! Safety nannies are abundant.

We've owned our 2015 GS-350 F Sport AWD model for 10 years and have had zero issues. Drives great, looks great, perfect fit and finish and bulletproof reliability. The F Sport suspension has a rougher ride on bad roads but the tradeoff is great handling. The infotainment system is somewhat dated and takes some getting used to but the audio system is great. Interior materials are top notch and show no wear after 10 years. Paint still looks shiny and new. My local Lexus dealer told me they almost never get these GS350 models back on trades because the customers never want to trade them in and I have to agree!

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction

I purchased a Lexus ES330 19 years ago. At 168k miles, with regular maintenance and some parts that wore out just this year. (2023), it is still the car I absolutely love. Going to keep driving it til the wheels fall off! (No signs of that happening anytime soon.)

Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!

My dad bought his 2005 lexus ls430 with about 1000 miles on it. He drove it up to around 90,000 miles where he gave it to me. I currently have 200,000 miles on it and it runs like new. He has owned about 5 cars since than and still says this is the best car he ever owned. Besides the toyota land cruiser, this may be the most reliable car ever made.

I owned a 99 LS400 prior to my 430. After driving the 99 I was sold and had to have another LS. I literally have never driven anything that drives like the LS. The comfort smooth ride is unreal. I plan on getting at least 500k miles or more. LS from now on.
