For about 6 months, my husband and I were searching everywhere for a Jeep SRT 2014 or newer. We happened to come across one on Car Gurus that had been recently traded in at Lexus Superstition Springs. We went in to check it out and had James Charm help us out view it, test drive it and talk numbers. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to an agreeable number due to the negative equity on our trade in. We told James we’d be looking at another SRT and let him know if we went with that one. James was kind enough to follow up with us daily to see if we were able to get a better deal on the other Jeep. James even went out of his way to convince his manager to give us more on our trade it to try to make the deal work. We decided to give it another try and thankfully we were able to come to an agreement that worked for us all! It took a few days and lots of hours but in the end it was all worth it! We honestly did not think it was going to be possible but James truly went above and beyond for us! We are super grateful and truly recommend you go see him! I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

Kia was exceptional to me, the seller Eloy gave me a deal and I look for the best option and I came out with the right self for me . a lot of fats KIA.

Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

Enough with the German cars give me a car that's truly reliable and gets good gas mileage both in town and out. They're built to last and to give the greatest driving enjoyment, especially for those who like luxury and quiet

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

I just relocated from Colorado to Arizona and went to Honda of Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ for the first time. Under Tommy Durante's guidance, his service team gave me the warmest and friendliest welcome I ever received. I have been taking our two Honda Accords to Honda dealers for all servicings for the past 25 years. This service was also the most time efficient taking only 1 hour and 15 minutes, instead of the typical most of the day in my previous Honda dealers. This service team is the best I ever had. I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

If you are reading this review you, most likely are doing the same as I was a few weeks ago. I apologize in advance for the length of my review. But feel it is important and no, neither me or my daughter are associated with any dealership in this review except as a buyer. My oldest daughter was looking for a quality smaller ( my words not hers) suv. We looked at many pictures and read many articles, looked at specs, features and reviews she settled on 3 models by 3 different manufacturers. Next step was to physically sit in and drive all 3. We eliminated the first and went to the 2nd dealer. The salesperson at second dealership didn’t know their inventory. Sales actually said he didn’t think they had the model my daughter wanted to test drive. We pointed out two on the property and their reply was, “I thought that one was sold and I forgot about that one? I will go see if I can get keys?” His knowledge seemed very limited. He didn’t ask many questions. We like the car however, we did not feel comfortable with this dealership. On to the 3rd dealership. We asked the salesperson if they had a specific model in stock? Their reply was “we only have one” We said great, can we test drive it? next question was….Are you serious about buying one because I have to get it out of the showroom?” After hearing those words I wanted to just leave but my daughter wanted to sit in it and drive this specific model as we came from Tempe and Gilbert. My daughter opened her little purse, whipped out a business card from the dealership across the street said “well….. it’s between your model and a model across the street” the salesperson got the car but would not allow us to take it on the freeway. We wanted to evaluate freeway noise. The salesperson never asked our names and had limited small talk and told my daughter about 2 option on this specific model. The model was not the right fit but part of that could be the representation. Perhaps the last 2 dealerships felt as if my daughter wasn’t a true buyer, however, if that was the case they could of asked a few simple qualifying questions and perhaps make a judgment but they didn’t. This leads me to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. My daughter wanted me to look at some specific versions of the model she wanted. She talked to a lady named Felice. Felice actually returned my daughters call listened to my daughters wants, needs and desires and made suggestions and my daughter made a appointment for a Friday.To meet withFelice. She was by far the most knowledgeable of all the sales advisers we had met. She asked questions to make sure we all were on the same page. I for one appreciate this as I do not like wasting my time going in a wrong direction, especially on a Friday. Felice was not only knowledgeable but appeared to be friendly and sincere. We found the car that spoke to my daughter ( her words). Felice asked good qualifying questions of which my daughter had no problem or hesitation answering. We came to a meeting of the minds. I have bought more cars than I can remember, of very different varieties but I need to say, so far this was a feel good comfortable buy. Next step was paper work, ok.. I honestly thought this was going to be where the deal could go sideways, we went to the office of a man named Claudio. He explained different option my daughter could purchase or not. He explained in a no nonsense way. Some absolutely made sense others not so much for this specific Mercedes Benz. He wasn’t pushy or arrogant he simply explained the features and benefits of the options. I have walked out more than once at this stage especially when I was young and I would need financing. But everything we were told by Felice was said by Claudio. In summary this is a well organized, friendly business one I will highly recommend to my family and friends Great experience!

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

Brought a jeep grand cherokee online. Was easy and straight forward. Shipment was good. Took about 5 days to get to my house.

I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!
