Tyler was my sales person and he made our used car purchase super easy, from the test drive, to looking into why the light came on the dash during the drive (he had the service department review it that night and they solved the problem). Price negotiations were smooth and they treated my concerns with respect. When I asked to have the vehicle to my mechanic, they were happy to let me. But due to logistics problems with my schedule, he used his day off to drive it up to my mechanic himself, on his day off! That’s going the extra mile. Matt was excellent to work with signing papers as well, and the rest of the staff was all very friendly as well. It’s nice to see there are still car dealerships that treat you with respect and go the extra mile to give you excellent customer service!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Shane & his fellow workers have the best customer skills around, especially during a time customer service is almost non-existent. Their body shop, mechanic's and sales persons are top notch. Not pushy, but very informative. I've had 20 years experience with them.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

I bought a 2010 White Subaru Outback from them in 2013 w/60k miles fo 16k. I had an issue after the purchase. They fixed it. After they fixed it I had another car issue. They didn't fix it, but it was minor and under manufactor warranty. I just junked the car 6 months ago w/ 260k miles. Blown head gaskets.They even brought the car to my job to test drive. . Overall experience was good. They were nice & professional. Good memory.

I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It’s like driving in your own little bubble—super peaceful, and perfect if you’re not into the constant road noise. On top of that, the ride is crazy smooth. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. Super comfy, too—whether you’re on a long road trip or just running errands around town, it’s one of those cars you actually enjoy being in for a while. The seats are really supportive, and there’s plenty of space for everyone inside. Looks-wise, it’s got that sleek, modern vibe going for it. It has very good acceleration when you need it on either electric motors or the gasoline engine. Frankly, this plug in electric hybrid is 95% electric in a large metro area with 36 electric miles each day after a plug in overnight. The plug in recharging draws 12 amps at 120 volts, so make sure not to overload the circuit the wall plug is on. I have used a quarter of a tank so far for 550 miles. The hybrid feature reduces the electric and gasoline usage. The ventilated leather seats, the heated steering wheel when needed, and the large dashboard display are part of the luxuries that that you would expect from Lexus. It has great safety features, but is less of a nanny than some earlier RX 350/500 models. It even automatically breaks, only as needed, much like you would yourself. The car has a little less room in the trunk and inside the car, but even as a larger person, I don’t miss it. The only issue I have is that Lexus eliminated the audible blind spot warning when signaling to turn and change lanes from all 2025 models.

In October, 2023, I bought the 2024 RX450h+ (PHEV) Copper Crest exterior and Semi-Aniline Peppercorn Leather interior, & loaded with every option, except trailer hitch, from Longo Lexus (El Monte, CA). It has been a superb Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle -- powerful, economical, of good utility, very comfortable, and a real pleasure to drive. And yes, the Copper Crest COLOR (AKA "Sonic Copper") gets compliments every few days. Only 15,000 miles on it as of 9/15/25 and will never willingly part with it. It's an Albuquerque, New Mexico vehicle in dry air, gets regular maintenance, and has zero issues.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.
