The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

I was recently in a car accident and my car was beyond repair. Andre from Duran Auto to the rescue! Andre was amazing! He arranged everything from the tow to finding me a new car and everything in between. Staff member Dominic was extremely helpful in dealing with the paperwork and kept me up to date on the process. This is the second car I bought from Andre, and he has been servicing my vehicles for over 15 years. My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. I highly recommend this vehicle and i promise if any problems arise, i will come back on here and do an updated review. Happy holidays ....🎄

Very easy to drive and park.I did add a rear-view camera. Easy to get in and out,nice hatchback with plenty of space.The most comfortable seats you can buy.Great looking interior,with a easy to read dash board.Mine has a DVD player and a cassette player.Stylish family car not a macho truck like 4 Runner .Peppy engine.Gas mileage not what it is suppose to get even after tune up ! I had to put a few thousand dollars in it including a new catalytic converter.

Get settled in for the long haul as this Lexus NX 300h makes for a great road-trip car. Both the front and rear seats are comfortable and supportive. Combine that with a plush ride, a quiet cabin and strong climate control system.

My '04 GX470 has only 148k on it, and i have no doubt it'll go at least another 200k. Its also "comforting" to know it'll blow the doors off the police ford explorers. With regard to fuel economy, i use a fuel tab supplement and consistantly get 19 to 20 around town and 23 on the highway at 70. I have gotten as high as 24.5 when using high grade fuels. If I had to replace it, the only vehicle I would consider would be a v8 Tundra

Purchased in 2022 with only 80,000 miles on it, now has 112,000 miles at 16 years old. Gets 27 mpg. The hybrid battery no problems. With the 2 electric motors the traction is superior. Still has luxurious white leather seats. The poly coating has kept the paint looking new. All I have done is change the oil and kept the fluids up. Fingers crossed hope to drive another 200,000 miles.

Bought my 2008 RX400H with the Premium Plus Package 7 years ago, just turned 192,000 miles. Ride,comfort, fuel mileage is better than my 2021 NX300. Everyone always thinks it's our new one, both are black

When I first arrived they promptly located the vehicle I was interested in, this was surprisingly comforting as the two previous dealerships I visited only catfished me into coming in, only to try and sell me a different vehicle than the one listed on cars.com . Overall I am pleased with the outcome and I did purchase my vehicle there as well as traded my old one in. Andrei who helped me was very knowledgeable about the process and helpful. I did my research. Was it worth the extra money over the similar Rav 4.. YES! I downsized from an older RX 400 so the size is taking some getting used to. The seats are extremely comfortable, the steering and brake system are fantastic, the interior is stylish and quiet with very little noise from outside. Sound system and easy to use finger pad are on point. Only thing I’m not loving, this push start ignition is good, but there is no where to put my key ring. I’m always taking up a cup holder (minimal complain I know)! I feel like there is little storage in the cab, no place for sunglasses, keys..etc. also. I’m having a hard time figuring out the programming of how my texts can pop up, (user error I know, but I’ve spent lots of time on youtube and in the manual to figure out how to program everything.) I was hoping I could get Alexa to work since it said Lexus and Alexa are now compatible, apparently the iPhone version is not ready yet. But I’m knit picking . MOST IMPORTANTLY this car has brake assist that truly saved me from becoming a pancake this morning! All the safety features I never had are wonderful. I feel safe and that’s most important, especially here in Southern California- crazy drivers!

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

I used to be a Lexus of Rockville Center (LRC) costumer. But with LRC sold to new owners, I discovered New Country Lexus of Great Neck when My ES 350 needed some work. The work was done well and promptly. Joe Reilly, one of their service advisers, is a professional and courteous young man. When part of the work could not be done reasonably quick, Joe offered me a loaner car. I was very pleased I didn’t have to sit too long to wait for the car to be ready. To the company’s credit, all their advisers and the service manager are courteous and always ready to help costumers. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to all my fellow Lexus owners in this area.

I like it very much. The pricing seemed fair to me; it drives well; and it's a nice looking SUV. It's also highly rated by Consumer Reports. It's a hybrid, 1st time for me. A real plus!

The UX 200 will be my daily commuter as I drive over 100 miles per day. I choose this over another Nissan Altima as I purchased the Lexus quality for a lesser price than the Nissan.

I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! Even after the car was washed, he saw some water spots on the vehicle and went in and came out with a rag to wipe down the vehicle. Great service and with a genuine smile!!!

2024 GX redesign is fantastic. Exterior styling is beautiful and the interior finish and technology is typical Lexus, and second to none. The engine is quick and responsive. The ride is luxurious and quiet.

A vehicle My family once owned for a bit, back in Champaign, Illinois. It was used for about everything. Shopping, transporting, and going across the country to Florida, where we currently reside in. This is a magnificent car, it should have lasted for a long time to come, but of course, it didn't. It was involved with a criminal Grand Theft Auto, and my grandma from what I remembered, was pulled out and the perp crashed it. It was unfortunate, and I didn't understand what had happened until now. The car wasn't able to be repaired, and only slight repairs had been made. The car was unrepairable, but it still worked. We had sold this vehicle off to another person, I am guessing for other reasons that I am not sure of. I missed this beauty, memories fill me when I think of this family-perfect car. It's like having memories of going to the Grand Canyon and looking down at the scenery. Of course, though, I have never been to the Grand Canyon. I loved this car with my heart, and it stays with me as my childhood self loves it too. Anyways, on details about the car. The car was quite a trip, it performed nicely like it should when it comes to a family vehicle. The interior was leather and quite nice. The exterior was also quite nice, it looked very nice and lovely, quite a delight. Storage is magnificent, and it can store a large bundle of groceries. The backseat space was decent, not perfect though, But that might be because it had been adjusted. The driver seat feels nice and luxurious, with the addition of the steering wheel. Acceleration is decent, it's a luxurious family SUV, not a muscle. I can't remember a lot of things since I was a child when the car wasn't crashed. The A/C was nice, comfortability was also quite nice. If you wanted to have five people in this car, you totally can. Of course, all my reviews are as unbiased as possible. Onto some of the problems. Depending on where you live, and what the climate is, the glass will dislike you and tend to fog or get messy with the window. This could be a safety problem, but just use some chemical formula or product to have a protective screen over it. The seats can have wear and tear if not careful. Another problem is that the buckles or seat belts can be annoying, especially if the person is a big build, but that's a problem with a lot of cars, and that's gonna be common. I will say this with everything, nothing is perfect. Everything should and will have flaws. All we can try to do is to reduce the problems, this applies to just about everything we come across. I am not trying to urge people to buy this, it just doesn't feel right as I wanna get general points across, and it also makes me feel like I did something that isn't really my type of personality. The car meets all my expectations for its intended use. Great style and good performance. Has great zip on start. Elegant interior design, as well as having very comfortable bucket seats. For a medium size SUV it surprisingly provides a very responsive and comfortable ride.
