This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

It was our good fortune to accidentally find this dealership. Kelly Lewis was the young man who answered the phone ,when I called this dealer ,having found the exact car that we wanted listed on auto trader ,a Lexus LX 570 . Kelly Lewis was professional ,very respectful ,helpful and as seniors ,we've bought many cars in our lifetime and Kelly was the best He went out of his way for us We are retired and were nervous about going over to New Orleans ,potentially getting car jacked /robbed /mugged /that sort of thing , no offense intended yall He offered to bring the car over ,close to our home in Mississippi and did so We agreed to a price on Friday evening and the next day ,the car was ours and we happily drove it back to our home from our meeting place It was from beginning to end a pleasure buying our vehicle from this dealer and interacting with Mr. Kelly No pressure ,no nonsense or games ,honest and very fair price and the car was in excellent condition /top notch experience We could not recommend this dealer and Kelly more highly If we don't kick the bucket and need another car ,it will be this dealer and only this dealer that we will be buying from

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

The experience was pleasant. The salesman and everyone involved made put forth the effort to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. It’s the first Lexus rx to offer luxury and performance with almost self driving tech. Does almost everything with under 6 second acceleration and still gets 27 mpg. I love it!!

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Purchased a time warp 993 from them. Pleasant experience all around and they, Kelly, were extremely accommodating and helpful. Buying a car remotely is always a higher risk proposition, but I'd argue the car is better than presented. Good folks all around.

I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

This car is great for family with lots of space. It handles great in snow and bad weather. It is a true 4x4 and you can feel the difference.

I had looked all over for a Lotus Evora. I found NOLA Motorcars on the web, and they had a clean Evora for a great price. It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

The Dealership must have had some meetings. Service was on time. But most of all, employees seem Happy and friendly. Good atmosphere to be in. I was very Happy today getting my vehicle service. Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.
