My husband and I just recently purhcased a car with Express Motors. We were apprehensive about purchasing a used car because we have had bad experiences with purchasing used cars in the past. The great customer service that we received helped to ease our apprehension. The salesmen went out of their way to make sure we not only got what we wanted in a car, but that we drove off the lot secure with our purchase. We even received a check-up call the next day to make sure we were happy with our overall experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a nice, affordable used car!

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I've had mine for 2 years now. Bought it new at Lexus of Louisville. The service there is excellent. I have the sport model and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is smooth. The gas mileage is great. The small size is all I need. The back seats lay down if I need extra room. It has good power for me and I would buy it again.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

Over the years we have purchased at least six vehicles from Willy Herold that I can remember and will continue to purchase vehicles from them. The ladies in the office are awesome and work with you to make purchases happen. They have their own maintenance department and any repairs are made at a discounted rate. I am looking into purchasing another vehicle in the near future and would not even think about going to another dealership.

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

I've owned many expensive high performance cars, but my 2004 Lexus SportCross IS300 is a keeper. It feels like a perfect car for autocrossing or just going for groceries. It handles very nice and I love the high reliability factor. The price of these today, are going up to their original selling price. If you find one . . . grab it.

I worked with Lou, one of the owners of this establishment. I had a car that I wanted to sell because I needed to upgrade to something larger. The car I had was a coup. Anyway, I worked with Lou from the start, and he gave me a price that was extremely fair from THE START. No games like other places. I went to probably about 10 dealerships just to get an understanding of selling a car since Ive had this one since 2016 and only one previous to that and that experience in 2016 (not tampa auto network) was bad so I wanted someone I could trust. Lou messaged back and forth with me for weeks giving me not only his personal opinion but never pressuring me. Never making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time even though I was. I still havent sold the car because of other circumstances but I can say this much. At all the other places I went to, only one had people that were as upfront with the price, the rest had to be worked wtih to get in my range. And that other place didnt have anywhere near the customer service of Tampa Auto Network. If you want someone you can trust and a place where you can let your guard down and not feel like you have to double and triple check the numbers or be pressured or get ripped off, go to Lou at Tampa Auto Network. Seriously, the best service Ive ever had and we still talk to this day as I am close to selling but just havent made the ultimate decision but I know who will be getting the sale. Tampa Auto Network is an amazing place, I mean that and Ive had plenty of experiences at these places during this latest round in 2021. This car meets my needs. Enough power. The only items I should have gotten were blind spot monitor, and Homelink. It’s a great car to drive. It does however have blind spots that I installed convex mirror to the passenger side view mirror.

This car is the perfect size crossover for me. Not too big but enough legroom even in the back. Great performance with comfort for long travel if needed.

The staff is very polite and professional, always willing to help if needed. It was also an exceptional deal, as the vehicle is incredibly nice.

I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

Great car 98-03 or 05 has a 2jz GE great engine (seen these engines have 500k miles on them) currently great price 6.5k for 100k miles. you'll still have 3/4 to 4/5 of the engines life in them. Some cons are in the interior the dash can get a bit sticky. Pretty easy to mod. I've added after market coilovers, exhaust, 46mm turbo, inter cooler. With the is300 being RWD it has endless possibilities sleeper, drift missile, daily, it's an amazing car.

Went to numerous dealerships to buy a car and everyone was lying and ripping me off… then I came across Central group inc. When I went in there, my mentality was… they are probably the same as the rest of the industry out there, but I WAS WRONG! They are the only dealership that I came across, through my car hunt, that was honest, reliable, and affordable ! Not only that, they even asked me if there was anything I felt or saw that needs to be fixed before I drove away with my 2017 Toyota Camry ! Couldn’t expect more! I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

This was the best used car shopping experience. The whole process was so easy and painless. That is not my usual experience as a female. Pat was wonderful and respectful. He showed me the car and had to jump it since the battery was dead. I notice the seal in the headlights was broke so moisture was inside the headlights. I said if I liked the car I’d need the headlights replaced. The car drove great. Pat agreed to replace the headlights and, without me even asking said, “obviously the battery is shot so I’ll replace that as well”. I asked if he thought it needed new tires, which I said I would pay for, and he said the tires were Michelin, a good brand with probably 10,000 miles left, so it should wait. I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me a set of tires I didn’t need. When I picked up the car, it had brand new headlights and a brand new battery. He didn’t pull parts from the junk yard or repurpose a battery from one of the other cars. He also spray painted the arms of the windshield wipers black (they were rusted metal) to make it look good. It was washed and waxed and looked great! He had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to pick up so it was easy to complete the sale. That was 2 weeks ago and the car has been sound with no problems. Thanks Pat! I will never buy from anywhere else!

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

After wandering numerous lots aimlessly looking at unpriced cars with no information on them, test driving "clean" cars with grinding brakes and slipping transmissions, and being told by lying salesmen that cars with mismatched panels or cracked welds have never been in a wreck, we finally found a reputable dealer. Some excellent things about Preferred Auto that are hard to find elsewhere: 1) Cars are priced on the lot. You don't have to waste time explaining to a salesman what you are or are not looking for. 2) Window stickers are on all the cars! No waiting for a salesman to look up the mileage, features, etc. 3) The sales staff leaves you alone while you browse around, research cars, and narrow your list. 4) The sales process was quick and easy with zero pressure. 5) Six months later, we've found no issues with the vehicle. 6) They had no bad cars on the lot at all--every one of them seemed solid and reliable. 7) CarFax reports were available free of charge. 8) There are great Uzbeki, Jamaican, and Indian restaurants right down the road! I don't think any two of these things were true of any other dealership. Don't waste your time driving all over the city. Keep an eye on their site, or tell them what you're looking for and wait for their call.

I bought this car with a 110000 miles on it. 3 years later, I'm approaching 300000 miles and all I've done is change oil tires and brakes. Great reliable piece of transportation.
