Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I've had this car for 7 years and it still goes as well as the day I bought it. A friend drove it the other day and was so impressed he's going to buy one too. The handling and quiet understated design gives me everything I want. Next to buy is the IS350 with a bit more power.

I used to be a Lexus of Rockville Center (LRC) costumer. But with LRC sold to new owners, I discovered New Country Lexus of Great Neck when My ES 350 needed some work. The work was done well and promptly. Joe Reilly, one of their service advisers, is a professional and courteous young man. When part of the work could not be done reasonably quick, Joe offered me a loaner car. I was very pleased I didn’t have to sit too long to wait for the car to be ready. To the company’s credit, all their advisers and the service manager are courteous and always ready to help costumers. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to all my fellow Lexus owners in this area.

Hi, i own a Is250 for almost 6 months now and after having this car for a period of almost 6 months i feel like i owe this review to this particular piece of art, i bought this car used as my first car and i had few other options that i was particularly interested in such as the 09 Accord and a 05 Gs350, while buying the car i wanted something quick, comfortable, good on gas and Ofcourse reliable and i vouch that this car has checked all the boxes i bought the car with over 400k KM driven i’ve driven this car allot even driving more than 600-700KM in a day, the last owner didn’t do a good care of the exterior and interior but he indeed took a decent care of the mechanical side of the car so far after driving more than 40k KM in just 6 months the only thing i spend was on a battery and a oil change thats all! Been super reliable girls like it and its a quick car truly a amazing vehicle to own 100% recommended

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

There isn't a car out there that can come close to the reliability and quiet comfort that this car delivers. My model goes 0 to 60 in 5.4 seconds so I don't know what the performance reviews are all about. If I wanted to drive any faster I might as well move to Germany buy a fast Beemer or Mercedes and drive the Auto Bon for 2 hours a day. You can pay more and REALLY pay more in the long run. This car BLOWS away those cars in quite perfect comfort. Did I mention my car doesn't break down? I love its understated classy look.

Bought it used , so far so good . I took it on a 2000 mile run , better than average , two other owners , 165000 miles , well maintained by previous owners . CA , AZ , New Mexico run in heat , no problems so far .

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!
