I'm going to keep this brief, but great! We purchased our 2020 Ford Transit over the phone from Maine. No hidden fees, or added expenses, exactly what they said it would cost. Dexter and the general Manager Kyle Hand were awesome! It's refreshing to know that people and companies like this still exist. The only negative thing I'lI say, I wish they were closer to Maine. Great ride, loaded with technology, and very comfortable. This car is a winner for Lincoln. Engine is powerful and gas mileage is good for the weight and size of the vehicle.

Henry was responsive. However, the car I was interested in, he couldn’t find on the lot. Apparently, the dealer used the car for a loaner. I ended up buying another Audi q5 from CarMax.

The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. He has been working there a long time and is perfect at his job. He has integrity and that is the best trait in a sales rep. Very helpful and has a wonderful personality even if he was stressed.
