Sales Agent Gil Allen was terrific. Selling process was right on. Closing/finance process took forever. Apparently the finance guy was relatively new at his position.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

We traded in our Aviator and had a great experience. Richard, our sales person, was extremely thorough and patient. Jose, the manager, as always, was fair and easy to work with. This is our 4th vehicle from Doral Lincoln and their expert service is what keeps us coming back. Thanks to Doral Lincoln, and more importantly, Richard and Jose, for making a usually stressful situation pleasurable.

Purchased a used truck several weeks back and found several issues with my truck. My salesman Benjamin Ainsa went to bat for me and with Mr Singh helping out the issue was resolved. The buying process was great. Our salesman was fantastic as well as the finance department. My only gripe is how long it took once we said yes to a vehicle to drive the vehicle off the lot. Once everything is a go, we should not be there for 4 hours to finalize a deal. We should be out within an hour. The finance manager had to walk between 2 buildings multiple times, she should have had an office in the Lincoln building as well. A lot of unnecessary wasted time. Please improve this process, should not be a difficult change.

I would like to thank Adel Mohammed Product Specialist at Irwin Automotive Group for his assistance on the purchase of my new ford truck. Adel cares about his customers, he is a no pressure salesmen and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. The only downfall to my experince was the wait time for financing I had to wait over an hour and a half for the finance director Adam Hoyt to sit with me. This was too long considering I had already had an appointment set up. Adel asked multiple times to get me in with him, while I waited.

Had no problem everything went well,I just recommend ,faster communication,between the dealer and buyer,I would definitely recommend this dealership.I came from another state to purchase.
