Salesperson really tried to help me, but I felt the trade for my 22 elevation with less than 25,000 miles was too low for what I was trying to purchase. That number was under 50 thousand for the new purchase. The trade was still below about 2-3 thousand less than other dealerships in town, but at least they tried. I just can’t go into a thousand dollars a month vehicle and still have to do insurance etc. I don’t often find vehicles that just yell at me, and just wish between the dealer ship and my bank things could have come together

Drove 3 1/2 hours hoping to make a deal. Was only willing to since there were so many great reviews. Just got back yesterday. My salesman was Aaron M. What a treat he was. Discovered he was originally from just 30 min away from my hometown. We quickly we able to cut through the chase and make a deal. He was a joy to work with. We also had contact with Jake & George. Each of them seem to have great mid-western values. I will be looking here again when it comes time to look for another new/used car. Excellent service from top to bottom.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! I made an appointment online with Courtesy Ford / Lincoln for a routine oil change and inspection. Everything went smoothly and quickly. My vehicle was washed afterward and even the rubber floor mats were scrubbed clean. (Sometimes it can be the little things that are appreciated as well.) My only gripe--and it's a small one--is that after making the online reservation, I was supposed to receive a confirmation email, but nothing ever showed up. So I contacted the dealer to make sure that the reservation actually did exist before driving across town. However, I'm giving a special shoutout here to service advisor Brian Sterrett. I have been dealing mainly with him for service issues ever since purchasing the Corsair in 2022. As far as I'm concerned, he has always gone above and beyond the call to make sure that things get done in a timely manner even when confronted with glitches on occasion. Thanks, Brian.
