Varsity is one of the best dealerships in the country to work with.Their selling you a car is second to none. Their inventory of used cars can not be beat. Their Manager Jere Law gets involved and makes you comfortable with the process. The test drive and signing process was fantastic as expected. Fantastic upgrade from my BMW x5 45e due to stiff ride and only 5 seats. The massaging seats are incredible and the Revel sound system is the best I've ever had in a car.

Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. My car was in service for warranty repair(s) from June 12, 2025, until service completion date of June 24, 2025. My service advisor Bryce Delamielleur was extremely professional, courteous and attentive. He kept me informed every day as to the status of my repairs. Bryce is the service advisor that I request on my service visits to the Varsity dealership, he's exceptional at his job and truly an asset to Varsity Lincoln. My only dislike is Varsity Lincoln's new policy, (effective July 11, 2024) that you now have to pay the taxes on your loaner vehicle(s) through Enterprise. It's not the amount (Michigan 6% sales tax per day and VLCR Fee $0.99 / Day); it's the principle of the matter...any malfunction of your new vehicle due to defective parts and under warranty should afford you a loaner vehicle totally FREE of ANY CHARGES except for replenishing the gas used!

Great ride, loaded with technology, and very comfortable. This car is a winner for Lincoln. Engine is powerful and gas mileage is good for the weight and size of the vehicle.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.
