Straight to the point and very professional, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

Purchasing from this dealership was a match made in heaven. Everything was flawless from start to finish. They put all effort in for me to obtain my desired vehicle. I Personally would like to offer major thanks to Jonathan Marte being the captain of the entire transaction, helping me from the moment I stepped in to the second I left the lot.

I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. My Lincoln was a champ we were dodging hurricane weather so we hit flooded areas. I would definitely tell you the Lincoln MKC is a great all around SUV.

They are not time wasters, we had a 2 hr drive from CT and they told us multiple times this place was legit, this car was legit, and they would not pull any bullcrap and they did not disappoint! We look at one of these Lincoln mkc a while back 2017 or 2018. But never thought we were able to get something so great and stylish. I have owned my 2017 MKC since July of 2016. I have had no issues with it at all and I loved the style from the beginning. My next car will be a Lincoln Corsair probably in 2025. My MKC only has 29,000 miles on it!!

This car has all the features I desire. It also has great performance with reasonable mikes to gallon and excellent luxury . It has fast take off and averages 20 mikes to gallon

Very nice car from top to bottom. Fun to drive, nice acceleration, great options. Nice style and comes with a great warranty from Lincoln. Looked at many cars and went back to the MKC.

I go 35 minutes further than dealerships near me to have my car serviced because the Service Department from Tom and his mechanics are the best. I f you don’t think so go to another dealer and you will be back at Lynne’s

I Love the style of this car that drives so smooth. The interior is so luxurious and the seats are so comfortable. The service at Varsity Lincoln in Novi was very friendly and fast. Jere Law went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my decision. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Without a doubt this car was the best choice!

This car met my HAVE TO HAVE LIST and more. My previous car was a MKX. This car is peppier and doesn't drive as heavy as the mkx. Although it is slightly smaller I haven't noticed it. The electronics are very user friendly. Only thing missing was Matthew McConaughey in the driver's seat. I would have paid more for that model.

I have owned my Mkc for over 4yrs and the car has been great! It's quiet, comfortable when I make my 3hr trips back and forth from Chicago. Even with the 2.0 engine, she has power to take off and pass anyone I need to. For anyone that complains about oversteer or understeer, check your alignment since I have never experienced that problem driving aggressively. Comfort! Don't understand a complaint there. My brother has a Cadillac Xts and is the most uncomfortable car to sit in. My Mkc rides smooth in comfort mode, is quiet and she is babies and have only had a waterpump go out on me and that is it. All dash controls are easy to navigate and operate but I have always owned Lincolns my entire life and I am 62 and there is a reason for it! Comfortable and problem free. I just don't understand negative comments.

Although my wife and I were interested in a vehicle at another dealership, we decided to pay Douglas Infiniti a visit. They had a similar vehicle available and were close to home. We were met by Steven who did not pressure us and understood we wanted to do our due diligence prior to making a purchase. So after our visit to Douglas we decided to see the vehicle at the other dealership. Making the stop at Doglas Infiniti made it a difficult choice for us. No only was their option a better fit for us, Steven ultimately made us an offer we could not turn down. Steven and the management at Douglas Infiniti did what they said and we are greatful to them. Bought this car 3 years old with 23000 miles. I have owned it for 1 year now. Outside of the door unlock feature on the passenger door sometimes not working the car has been a dream. I love driving my Lincoln, and it is hands down my favorite car I've ever owned. I love that Lincoln gives me the Lincolnway app free so I can start my car, lock / unlock my doors check tire pressure check fuel level and more. When it's new car time I will go to my Lincoln dealer first.

I was attended in a timely manner. Sunny was my salesman and he was very nice. And gave me as much info as possible. There finance office worked with me to get the best rate . All done in a couple of hours. Nice group.

I didn’t buy this car new it came off of a lease. The auto was certified from the dealership. It’s gorgeous, rides great, luxurious, next to my old Volvo it has the most comfortable leather seats, and has snappy acceleration. Can’t say enough about it. So far it’s great!!

Very pleasant to talk to. Problem was they are only internet people not actual sales people. Their price was somewhat high PLUS the added a document fee of $900. That alone would kill the deal. There are many Stelvios available at this time and prices have been coming down. I am not in a rush.

I bought this new. Only problem has been I insignificant—charging port in console is faulty. It’s one of the nicest vehicles I’ve owned, and I have several Porsches. Everything seems to work well, it’s fast-with the 2.0 liter turbo engine. I don’t like the torque steer though but you can get used to it. I put the pedal down hard a lot so it was strange at first. If you’re very fat you might find it tight. I’ve got 50,000 miles on it and it functions as new. And it hasn’t cost the thousands you need to support a German car. In fact, virtually nothing except repairing whatever body damage my wife does to it. I even put a hitch on it and use it when a trucks not available - it can handle big loads of mulch, etc easily. This is a surprisingly good vehicle.
