Took my Black Label Aviator in for routine service and annual detail. My service consultant, Yuribel, took care of both. Scheduled promptly and completed in a timely manner. I have been a customer of Germain Lincoln for many years and service department support staff and mechanics have always been terrific.

A first-class dealership with courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. My Lincoln needed servicing on 7/12/2025. I showed up at the service area at 8:30 AM, and did not have a scheduled appointment. I had the pleasure of working Marion Shaffer, who is a service manager, that went above and beyond to fit me in. Marion is skilled, proficient, and client-focused. My car servicing was a fantastic experience across the board!

I was desperate for a 2nd vehicle. Angelo Inzana made my car buying experience with Spitzer Ford so incredibly easy. No hassles, just told him which car I wanted and he took care of the rest. Even at the close of the deal, there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase any add-ons. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from here as well.

He was awesome too! However, I can?t say to ask for Nick because both of their finance people at this location are amazing. Prepared, quick working, and doesn?t dwell on paperwork or trying to sell more. Long story short, you?re in good hands.
