I was contacted quickly by Michael Cook, who turned out to be such an amazing and personable salesman. Michael not only stayed within our price range but actually put my dad in something that was a better fit than what we originally asked for. He was incredibly organized, knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. When we arrived at the dealership to view the car and finalize everything, we were there for maybe only 2 hours – a refreshing change from the typical all-day dealership experience that can be so draining. We then met with Joseph in finance, who was also amazing! He explained everything in detail regarding the steps to finalize our purchase and was genuinely one of the nicest individuals we've encountered. We have always been a Lincoln family, but having additional positive experiences like this further reminds us why we return to Lincoln.
