Carol was wonderful during our phone conversations. She arranged for me to bring my SUV in to meet Carlos the detailer. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The service associates are pleasant and professional.I had a 730am appointment and was in and out by 815am.The assoc advised me to drive a little more to charge the battery or get a new one before winter.
