I called to see if I could get help with water in the cabin of my SUV . Having already paid a different detailer that took my money and left me with the problem still. Carol was wonderful during our phone conversations. She arranged for me to bring my SUV in to meet Carlos the detailer. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I love Lincoln of Troy! I took my Lincoln MKC to a little place to get a oil change and a few weeks later the engine light came on..They forgot to do something with the filter and it was straining the engine, I came here and they fixed it, I learned my lesson, Lincoln have a different way to put things in and I will never go anywhere but this dealership for oilchanges or anything else..
