I took my Lincoln MKC to a little place to get a oil change and a few weeks later the engine light came on..They forgot to do something with the filter and it was straining the engine, I came here and they fixed it, I learned my lesson, Lincoln have a different way to put things in and I will never go anywhere but this dealership for oilchanges or anything else..

Had my first experience with the service department at varsity Lincoln in novi. I have never had a better experience with any buisness in my life. From Jere Law helping with the process of scheduling to the service manager Brandon. They both went above and beyond with communication and to say they did everything in a timely professional manner is an understatement. My wife and I decided to make a change and look at the Lincoln Aviator as her lease was ending on another premium US Automaker. In this crazy market we had no idea what to expect and had been recently disappointed by “experiences” as we shopped other vehicles and Dealers.
