I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

This is my second time for buying a car at parks.I found The experience just as great as the last time. My salesman was Naaman, he couldn't have worked any harder trying to make me happy. The sales manager, the finance manager and the service department all worked together with me that got to the point where I felt like I was working with a family. It was a great experience.

It wasn?t as easy as I thought it would be buying out my lease. I wasn?t expecting the additional fees required when buying out my lease. Also, I still haven?t received my title certificate? However, the 3 three years of mantinance service during my lease period where EXCELLENT.. Thank you.

We were fortunate enough to connect with Fred Fulbright and he is exceptional. Because I didn’t know what to expect, even after research, I wanted to look at different styles. Fred was incredible and patient. He brought out 3 different vehicles and let me drive each. The luxury is unbelievable and I had a very hard decision to make. There is no pressure, he took his time, explained all the differences and similarities, it didn’t bother him that it took me a while to decide. The manager, Greg, came by, introduced himself and took the time to explain financing capabilities. After hearing all the options Zory, came up with financing and made the deal!! Great experience. Recently had my Lincoln serviced at Alex Karras. Service included new battery, new wipers all around and routine service. From arrival to departure entire process was top notch. Service Rep Hunter was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Was in and out in approximately 1-1/2 hrs including complimentary car wash Job well done!!
