I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

Let me start by saying I hate the car buying experience so my defenses were already up when I walked into the beautiful showroom. But my distrust turned very quickly into patient interest. What a good experience it turned out to be with our sales man. Ali was top natch. He listened and then led us to cars that met our expectations. We tried several different cars and then found one that we loved. This dealership negotiated until we agreed on the price. It was not as horrible as I had anticipated. This was the sixth different brand car that we test drove. so we had put a lot of research into this process. We would return to Adi if we ever were looking for a car again.

I would like to thank Adel Mohammed Product Specialist at Irwin Automotive Group for his assistance on the purchase of my new ford truck. Adel cares about his customers, he is a no pressure salesmen and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. The only downfall to my experince was the wait time for financing I had to wait over an hour and a half for the finance director Adam Hoyt to sit with me. This was too long considering I had already had an appointment set up. Adel asked multiple times to get me in with him, while I waited.

Chris Fraser was awesome to work with. He was a great communicator! It was our first time buying a car from out of our state. He answered all our questions and helped us through the process. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I recommend that everyone purchase their vehicle from Heiser!!

The 12 volt battery in my 2023 Ford Mach-e needed replacing. They sent a technician to our house and he replaced the battery. Their service was excellent!

Tammy was awesome... very knowledgeable in helping me buy the vehicle that was great for me....I was a little nervous about buying a truck....but I got a good feeling just working with Tammy.....everything was taken care of in one day....she even delivered the truck to my home as I was driving another vehicle....she just made it so easy and more comfortable buying a vehicle....went above and beyond...thank you Tammy for all of the help....I love my truck....was clean and a full tank of gas.....

I was desperate for a 2nd vehicle. Angelo Inzana made my car buying experience with Spitzer Ford so incredibly easy. No hassles, just told him which car I wanted and he took care of the rest. Even at the close of the deal, there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase any add-ons. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from here as well.

My only complaint from an otherwise decent experience is the trade in part of the equation. Given the vast amount of information available on the internet the idea of the dealership trying to super low ball me on my car turns the negotiation into an adversarial affair. It starts the process by them attempting to screw me. Why do that. On the up side the staff was very friendly and my sales guy, Jim Guenther was very good.
