New and used 2025 Lincoln Nautilus for sale near University Park, TX

I called to ask if David McDavid Lincoln does Ford Bronco recall service and they do. So I setup an appointment for 2 days after and got my car in the shop. The service took a few days to happen because the parts came in 2 separate shipments. I was informed of the process when I dropped off my vehicle, and I got a daily update from the service person. Overall I was happy being informed.

I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

David Mcdavid Lincon is the Crem de la creme of car dealers!!! Adi Ali made me feel like a member of the family as he introduced me to vehicle after vehicle in the used car sales department. He took the time to give me information on and let me drive as many cars as I needed to find my dream car, which I did. A red passion tintcoat 2018 Cadillac XT5, which I named Betty, after my grandma. She is far beyond a dream come true, but wasn't the first car I chose to take home. Every time I take my Lincoln Navigator in for service at David McDavid in Frisco, they are professional, courteous, and on schedule. Because of the service department, I am likely to explore the dealership for my next car purchase.

Service manager was very attentive to my issues and everything was resolved. And I was provided with updates on a timely basis.

Was disappointed in warranty coverages not coincident with each other. It was explained well by Zack in Finance. The "Buy only what you (apparently) need " slogan used in advertising and financing sound good but it is a trap. In reality its serves no one in the long run. At the end of a car ownership (owner being ready to replace) the dealership and owner are called to evaluate, reconcile, and gain agreement on next steps. And then the new owner must deal with the rating of the vehicle based on its upkeep and condition. The better warranties vehicle will by data be the better upkept. SO THEN Ford's base warranty-offer covering powertrain, extended and GAP considerations should perfectly align and terminate at the same mileage and years. AND THEN Ford's opening warranty proposal should be well determined based on driver usage, and the data that Ford knows well presented about repair. For example. In my case (purchasing a pre certified vehicle with 28K miles), the powertrain warranty was 6 years 100k miles and the extended "wrap" warranty sold was 6 years and 75K miles. NOT coincident. AND It appears that the car driver usage was not considered or weighted. I believe both Ford and This owner share in that mistake. That said, Ford is the specialist, not the owner. And I believe that most all owners with a well-presented warranty plan will be willing to pay the $20-30 increase between the 6-75 and 6-100 (or 120) warranty offer. The presentation calculation would show the reasonable "to be owner" why the additional investment would be sound thinking for every financial consideration excepting the day of the sale. Ford is a (the) premier car company Ford is the specialist about its warranties and servicing its vehicles. The customer is not the specialist and can only speak of vehicle driving usage. Rather than move vehicles off the lot, Ford must move more people's thinking about warranty service (and perhaps about math HA) The math of usage and service events costs is an easy sell) I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY A "SPECIAL" HIGH MILEAGE WARRANTY OFFER, REQUIRING MY GETTING POWER TRAIN, THOSE ITEMS IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WELL AS FLUIDS CHANGE DONE AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. THIS IN ORDER TO PRESENT A PRE CERTIFIED VEHICLE WHEN READY TO TRADE IN.
