Do you have a minute - I do - to commend and highly comment on your service writer - Jason Pierce. He has been my service writer for a number of years now with two Mercedes under my belt. He has made me a deliver in service at its best. He met me in the car aisle with a smile and we went over what the car required and how much it was going to cost. There is no surprises when you check out. The did the maintenance on my S560, and then found out that the 4 wheel alignment needed to be done, but that was completed in my estimation in record time. I was only there for a few hours and now my car runs and drives like new again. I am in love with my Mercedes and after years of driving other cars - this one is the best. Wish I could have done it earlier in my life. But back to Mr. Pierce - he is honest and very hardworking. Keeping you continuously in the loop on what needs attention and what doesn't. It's a pleasure to have him as my personal go-getter when it comes to my vehicle. I commend him and I hope you do too! Nice work Mr. Pierce!

More power than a v8. Rides like a dream. Every luxury you could want. This car has never given us any problems and is absolutely the best for a long road trip.

We just bought our second Navigator from Park Lincoln of Tampa and both times it was a great experience. Fred helped us out both times and is genuine and great to work with. They always have a great inventory to choose from and we were able to easily find what we wanted. The Sales Manager and Finance team also helped to make experience as pleasant as possible. They were fast and efficient. Definitely recommend Park Lincoln.

This is my second time for buying a car at parks.I found The experience just as great as the last time. My salesman was Naaman, he couldn't have worked any harder trying to make me happy. The sales manager, the finance manager and the service department all worked together with me that got to the point where I felt like I was working with a family. It was a great experience.

My husband has been looking to drive a Lincoln for a long time, my Explorer was almost out of warranty so we decided to see Parks. This is a beautiful Lincoln dealership with professional and friendly staff. You are greeted at the door and made to feel at home. We were fortunate enough to connect with Fred Fulbright and he is exceptional. Because I didn’t know what to expect, even after research, I wanted to look at different styles. Fred was incredible and patient. He brought out 3 different vehicles and let me drive each. The luxury is unbelievable and I had a very hard decision to make. There is no pressure, he took his time, explained all the differences and similarities, it didn’t bother him that it took me a while to decide. The manager, Greg, came by, introduced himself and took the time to explain financing capabilities. After hearing all the options Zory, came up with financing and made the deal!! Great experience. Cars of Tampa deserves a 10 star rating. They are incredible. Cars Of Tampa is EVERYTHING that other car salespeople should learn from. I'm absolutely amazed with the kindness, professionalism and genuine interest to make sure you have everything you are looking for and more. I've always hated shopping for cars, always. But not now; I will always come back to Cars of Tamps anytime I need a car and I've already bragged about these true gentlemen to everyone I've been around. You wouldn't believe it....they don't play the "let me ask my sales manager" games. The price is clearly stated and there are no additional "hidden fees" for this and that. I adore Jankat (Jon) and Metin as we spent most of our time with them; they are truly amazing men who make you feel honored that you are at their business. We've never had any car dealership treat us with so much respect and be so welcoming. I feel like Jankat and Metin are like family now! We had wonderful conversations about where they grew up and we learned so many details about their families. It is and was the best experience I've ever had to purchase a vehicle. I love my KIA Sorento so much more than our Cadillac SRX. And the price was REALLY GOOD !! I didn't get to meet everyone, but there wasn't a single person that did not have a smiling face and were very respectful and wonderful gentlemen. If you're looking for a very nice used car; you have to stop here....you'll regret it if you don't!

I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

Perfect as always. Never disappointed. Only thing I would change is able to rotate my tires, even if they are not stock rims and tires.

Being a grandmother, I want to be able to transport grandchildren with plenty of room and comfort for car seats. Style and comfort for me is priority. She turns on a dime and feels safe and sound. I can visit the mountains in the snow in four wheel drive with ease. Just love my new baby!

Alek Senko took very good care of me and my husband during our purchase of a 2017 430i BMW Convertible. My husband had previously visited the dealership to view the car, and because the car was to be mine, Alek had the car detailed and the small dings buffed before I visited. The car looked absolutely brand new. The paperwork took a very long time, but we understood that it was because of a software change for the business office.

I called Ron White, no relation, and he began sending pictures and any information I could dream up or ask. As you can imagine buying an expensive older vehicle 1,000 mi away can be scary and daunting period Ron made me feel as if I was standing there looking at it. Any question I had anything I wanted to see he made available to me. By the time that I agreed to purchase the Jeep every worry and every question I had had been answered and resolved. I FIRST STARTED WITH A NEW ONE OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR 1998. THEN A 2000, 2003, 2006, 2009 THEN MY CURRENT BLACK HORSE 2013. 2013 BY FAR MY FAVORITE. I'M 6'3" AND CAN WEAR MY STETSON IN THE FRONT SEAT. THE BACK FOLDS UP AND CAN HAUL ANYTHING MY WIFE DESIRES! LOL. SMOOTH, BEAUTIFUL AND POWERFUL. TOWS 8400 POUNDS STOCK. I HAVE HAD THIS FOR 5 YEARS AND 100K MILES WITH NO BIG PROBLEMS.

I purchase my 2013 MKZ in 2016 and have had it serviced there ever since. Mike was great he's moved to collision now and I mainly deal with Bob in service. Both have been great and any issues have been solved relatively very quickly. Happy with service!
