Purchased my car from Jim Xamis Lincoln IL with the help of Todd Engel sales consultant. The entire experience was great. This was my first Lincoln purchase and Todd took the time to walk me through everything. He also took my call a couple days later to answer all my post purchase questions. It was well worth the drive.

At first, I was going to walk because of the same old phony sales protocol. But Kiesle and Gage respected my desire to cut to the chase and get a deal done. Kiesle did a wonderful job of providing customer service.

I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

I've owned this car since 2015, the first year it was on the market. I still enjoy driving it. There were a few minor problems while it was still under warranty. However, the dealer processed all.

Bought a truck from rich in July and had a great experience no pressure to buy like a big dealer. Made all needed repairs to truck before getting truck with no questions asked. Made the process from start to finish easy from finding a truck to financing and getting it fixed. Would have recommended them after my first experience to any one. When it was time to buy another car went back to may motor company to look first found a truck i fell in love with but just wanted to go look at a couple other places after having a sales man trying force me to buy a truck i said no and then returned to May motor to buy the truck i fell in love with. Once again rich and the team was nothing but stellar again. Rich would be the only one i would by a car from and drive it across the country with out even thinking about it. From the moment I walked into this dealership, I was impressed with the clean presentation facility, the neat dress code, the collective group mentality and the morally straight hustle to earn business. That was my experience throughout the afternoon as I spent 4 to 5 hours there on November 20,2024. After test driving the first vehicle, the sales person made a pitch for the sale in writing very quickly to ask for the business. However, the test drive didn't pass my highway test. The dealership mechanics found and corrected the issue within a short period of time upon returning. Still in shopping mode, I chose another vehicle to test drive. The sales person moved very quickly and we were on the road for a new test drive. The sales person rode along as passenger. I found that to be prudent, as well as, professional. This Honda CR-V passed the city and highway test drive in flying colors. I made reference to the ac/heat blower making an unusual louder noise during operation and requested it be replaced. Returned to the dealership, worked out the sale. The dealership mechanic replaced the ac/heat blower in not much over 1 hour. Maybe slightly less. Then we completed the sale. The sales manager was knowledgeable, well prepared in a short period and an exceptional pleasure to deal with. It was refreshing to deal with fine people.

This car met my HAVE TO HAVE LIST and more. My previous car was a MKX. This car is peppier and doesn't drive as heavy as the mkx. Although it is slightly smaller I haven't noticed it. The electronics are very user friendly. Only thing missing was Matthew McConaughey in the driver's seat. I would have paid more for that model.

So far I am happy with my Nautilus. I love the new technology available in the new SUV. I had owned a MKX for 14 years and never had any problems other than routine maintenance. I’m sure the new Nautilus will also be as reliable. I will always drive a Lincoln!!!

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase.

ASE Parts Specialist and Mercedes tech retired. 2016 mkz 3.7 now with 60k miles. Throttle position sensor went south. Part of the throttle body. Simple job. Only issue I’ve had. Don’t understand why there is no front windshield chrome strip. Almost looks like it starting to delaminate ! Hmm Luxury car with no window trim odd I think. 3.7 pretty fast handles good. Low in front scrapes often

went out of their way to take care of me and get the deal done. Rich Hert was no nonsense and made the process quick and pain free.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

We bought this used car in 2020 with 23K miles. We now have 47K with absolutely no problems. Great ride. 35 to 45 MPG depending on how I drive. It has plenty of power for the 80 mph freeways. I take it out of "ECO" drive for faster excelleration (IE merging). Great sound system. Plenty of trunk space. I would buy another.

In Sept/19 I was traveling from Canada back to SoCal (3K miles) when I broke down about 100mi north of Springfield, MO on I-44. I had my Boxster S towed by AAA to Napleton Porsche that afternoon. I was on the phone the rest of the day at various times with Mike, Roger (Service) and Jamie (Parts). Understanding that I was on the road, everyone did everything they could to prioritize getting parts for my old (2001) beast and getting back on the road. I arrived at noon the next day and fully expected that I would need a hotel for another day but much to my surprise my car was repaired and ready to go. I can’t thank everyone enough. Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

Purchased my Corsair Reserve new. I have been very pleased with my purchase as the Corsair has served me very well. I would recommend the 2020 year as it has more features at a reasonable price. Every year after 2020 saw price increases and less features available.

I brought the car used, the only issue I have is with the sync system that doesn’t work, it has to be replaced, so the dealer is ordering the part from Ford.

I had been searching nationwide for a VW Phaeton for roughly a year. Found what i hope is a decent example from this dealership. Jim was extremely helpful and the transaction went seamlessly. Trusting someone when buying a car across the country is something difficult to do when being able to inspect or visualize the car in person isn't an option. For the price i am extremely satisfied and barring anything outside of expected condition of an older car - i fully assume to be pleased with the entire purchase. Jim was responsive and answered any of the questions that I had and has followed through to help make sure the vehicle is loaded and shipped my direction. Barring a non-running vehicle upon arrival I don't see why I wouldn't highly recommend doing business with this dealership! To date the experience has been fantastic!

I love my Lincoln. It is the best car I have ever had. The size is perfect and so is the comfort and drive. The reliability of the car is great and the only repair I have had to do is common maintenance. I bought my Lincoln 10years ago for a really good price. I have been offered over 5000$ for it twice, but can't bring myself to sell it.

I just purchased this car in year 2023 with only 70,000 KM’s on it and at 12 years old the car is still incredible. Amazing interior and the most comfortable seating you will ever sit in. The technology still suits my needs and Bluetooth phone and music works great. There is even ambient lighting settings for the car with different Colours to choose from. Very powerful V6 Eco boost engine. As others have said this feels like a high end SUV when inside. If you have a chance to buy one of these cars in good condition you definitely should.
