More power than a v8. Rides like a dream. Every luxury you could want. This car has never given us any problems and is absolutely the best for a long road trip.

It was an oil change, scheduled an appointment same day, done on time, regular price around $80, nice complimentary $10 car wash and good customer service except it is very annoying to be bothered with tons of emails and text , How did we do it? Please rate how many stars and all that, in my book if customers satisfied they will keep coming back ( which I do already)and they don?t need to be reminded all the time to give a feedback. First bought 2008 and kept it. Now bought 2017 L 6 cylinder has more pep than 2008 Great ride 20 mpg on road 17 in city Dash could have been a little classier otherwise perfect Keep it up Lincoln 👍

bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

We recently purchased a vehicle for our granddaughter. It's her first and she absolutely loves her 2004 Ford Explorer Sport. I’ve had this car for years. It has 212,000 miles and still runs fantastic. Air ride and squishy seats make road trips effortless and comfortable. With 275hp all aluminum V8 highway cruising and hills are no problem. I installed an aftermarket alpine stereo to get better tuning ability for the factory amp and speakers and what a difference. This car came with some great stuff .

We had a very positive experience at this location. Because of current supply chain issues, they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Nancy was great in helping us get one ordered. Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership.

We look at one of these Lincoln mkc a while back 2017 or 2018. But never thought we were able to get something so great and stylish. Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

This place is great! I ended up buying a 2002 Jeep they took in on trade. When I first walked in, I almost walked right out because all of the cars in their show room were so nice. I figured they wouldn't give me the time of day. But they treated me like I was buying a $70,000 Porsche. They helped me arrange financing and were very patient with me and my wife. I can't wait to go back and buy one of their beautiful showroom cars one day.

I bought my Lincoln MKX 2013 as a certified pre-owned with 14000 miles.Had never any problem, except for the airconditioner went out. It has 64,000 miles to it. Knock on wood that it stays that way. Thank you.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

I can’t say enough about the incredible treatment from Alan. Whether it was being completely forthright and honest about the car and the buying procedure, or the events likely to happen, or helping with shipping and the purchase, or answering a phone call while he was away on a personal vacation (I don’t know at the time it called), he guided me through the process every step of the way. The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations.

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

Well I can't give a full review cause I have to take my car to be serviced this Thursday. Just a day after getting the Vet home the "check engine light" came on. Yes I had to sign lots of "as-is" papers. So I have not gotten to drive it much. But Mike did a great job of doing the test drive and paper work.

This is a smooth riding classic SUV its also spacious!!I love the interior it looks even nicer on rims I think my vehicle needs to be pink hot pink
