I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. This car has all the features I desire. It also has great performance with reasonable mikes to gallon and excellent luxury . It has fast take off and averages 20 mikes to gallon

Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Miller w Erica has my family's Ford buisness from now on.

I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. My Lincoln was a champ we were dodging hurricane weather so we hit flooded areas. I would definitely tell you the Lincoln MKC is a great all around SUV.

bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

I have a 2007 Lincoln Navigator after experience with a 2000 and 2004 Navigator. I never had any problems with these Navigators. With the 2007 I decide to ride it until I started having problems with it and to see if I could get it up to 300,000 miles. I am currently up to 275,000 miles and have only had minor problems with it like drivers window stopped working and was an easy repair. The air conditioner went out this summer (2024) at 273,000 miles. Yesterday I replaced the tire sensors at $300.00. I went to the car wash today and the sunroof is no longer sealing correctly. I will see if I can get her to 300,000, before retiring her. The engine is great and I have never had a problem with it. It still rides smooth and looks good with regular maintenance and new tires when needed. I just love this car and how she continues to handle. Don’t know what my next car will be, but this one was well worth the cost and experience.
