Bought a used one not a problem at all runs smooth. The interior is as comfortable as sitting on a couch. Love this car. After being 13 years old the only issue is the rocker panels are starting to rust. It spent most of it's life in NH. So being from a high salt use area, that's very good! It also holds it's value. Bonus.

Don't buy a hybrid with a 2 liter engine if you want speed off the line. That being said, I really like my 2017 sedan. I bought it toward the end of 2020 with mileage of less than 30K, and I'm still happy with my purchase, having driven 45K plus in the past three years. I never considered a Lincoln, much less a hybrid, until my husband told me how much he liked Lincolns as business rental cars. He was not disappointed with the MKZ. I miss having a moon roof, but other luxury features are not lacking -- for the rear passengers, the usb ports, the venting, and the roominess are all positives. The surprising amenity in the front is the forward center console. It has two open compartments, accessible from either seat, no digging under the armrest for maps, tissues, gum, etc. There are lighted cup holders and more ports for docking electronics, all of which have covers to give a sleek appearance. The door pockets are also well-designed, with cup holders there as well. There are enough different displays available to satisfy preferences for what a driver considers useful when driving. I like to monitor fuel economy, and there are two or three that include that feature. The idiot icons are not intrusive, but they can be insistent. Interior placement of the hood, trunk, and fuel door releases are not intuitive, but I did eventually become accustomed. Seat memory was always difficult. I needed the tutorial every single time I had to reset it. I love the exterior column-mounted keypad for unlocking/locking at the fueling station when I leave my purse inside the car for security. The LIncoln logo after dark when you approach the car is a nice touch. The trunk, which seems to be a drawback for some, is not so for me. It has lots of space, although the configuration may be daunting to those who travel with large pullman cases. It's rather like playing Tetris, and a pullman case will fit if positioned properly, but leave the second behind, and go with duffels and smaller cases and/or garment bags. It's ideal for city travel and highway travel. I drive both, and my mileage is 41+ on average. I've taken it to Colorado, Minnesota, and Maine, but I'm otherwise a flatlander. That might account for the stellar number. I have seen it as high as 50 under the right conditions! And yes, I know the cost of replacing the hybrid battery is pricey, but I consider it a known expense that will increase the useful life of my Lincoln. I have replaced tires, the 12-volt battery, and I've had only routine maintenance. I've had no problems or issues with it. It's been completely reliable, and my dealership service has been exemplary. I'd be very happy to drive it indefinitely. I consider the hybrid the best of both worlds--gas and electric.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I got from Okaz Moters. They found me a car that meet my criteria and in my price range. The car came with a free CarFax and had been serviced so there shouldn't have been anything wrong with it. When I took the car off the lot and drove it home, I found that it had an oil leak. I told them about it and they offered me multiple options to fix it. They offered to repair it for me without issue but since I live in Michigan and it would be an inconvenience to bring it back to fix it they sent me the money necessary to fix it instead. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

I didn't want to pay $100K for a Navigator so I bought the MKT Reserve. It's been an awesome car. No issues with anything except: so much is made of plastic. For example they brag about the imported leather...but under it on the seats are cheap plastic components. Lincoln should go the extra mile and leave off the plastic and make things a bit more solid.

The only costs associated with this vehicle have been routine maintenance and one set of tiresNo breakdowns no mechanical defects excellent fit and finish I could not be happier with these Lincoln hybrids. I feel they are the best value on the US automobile market today.

I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. I have my MKZ hybrid for over a year. The car has been reliable and great on gas (avg 42mpg). It has all the features I want (panoramic sunroof, LED headlights, etc.) Performance is probably the weakness, but I am not drag racing or craving corners around town in my daily driver.

I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

I purchased my mkz in 2018 it was a year old. Previously the car was a rental so I was sort of doubtful about my purchase but the price was a bargain. This car ended up being one my best purchases that I have ever made. Very reliable and stylish great on gas and comfortable as well. I will say as far as interior my park reverse and drive buttons wore off and my driver seat leather started to crack. What made me really appreciate the car was the wonderful service dept (Landmark Lincoln)we have here in Englewood CO. Always courteous and got me scheduled within the week. Always had a loaner car available if I needed it and never tried to oversell me service that I did not need. These guys are great . Sad they discontinued this vehicle but I am on the look out for a Aviator.

Before purchasing my 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid, I was blissfully nieve. I had thought hybrid cars were sloth quick. I had also mistakenly thought that Lincolns were for Old Geezers. . .WRONG ! ! ! Lincoln redesigned their fleet and their MKZ had become their force to be reckoned with. Sexy styling, quick throttle response, luxurious interior styling, with a perfect meshing of every conceivable creature comfort/option. Having enjoyed 40+ mpg with my Hydrid, I became a believer. If anyone is searching for a a car that will surely alter their perspectives in a most pleasant way, do yourself a huge solid, and check out the 2015 LINCOLN MKZ HYBRID (FWD) ! ! This car is essentially a taurus sho in a suit and there is nothing wrong with that. My family owned this car from 2015 till 2021 we put 60,000 miles on it it was a fantastic vehicle obviously if you're buying one of these you want to check the water pump as long as that is done the motors tend to be fine because it's based on a taurus SHO it has decent power and at this point the infotainment is dated but that's to be expected. The interior is decent it's a step up from the Ford and most of the materials feels nicer however I don't like the touch sensitive buttons which I'm sure looked high-tech in 2013 but now they break that being said it's easy to fix with a hammer you don't feel the typical cheap Ford plastic all of it is at least covered in vinyl and everything feels decent to touch it is not the quality of let's say a Mercedes E-Class but it is an improvement from a Ford Taurus. The car doesn't look that bad when you live with it it kind of looks ugly in the pictures but if you get one in the right color it doesn't look terrible once again the same as the Taurus which it's based off of it has decent trunk space and it does sedan things fairly well also like the Taurus it does really well on the highway though it is geared less aggressive you can get a massage doing 85mph with little to no road noise with the audio system in the EcoBoost being adequate enough. The usual issues being the water pump there were some other problems the chrome wheels were starting to chip despite the fact that we tried our best to take care of them and there was rust in the drivers door from NJ and Vermont winters besides that fantastic car they're a good deal right now and they're a nice Factory sleeper
