bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .

We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

I recently purchased a Pre Owned vehicle from Nick Nichols Ford and had been very pleased with my purchase. I had only been able to drive it in local traffic rarely exceeding 45 mph. I had to make a trip to Tampa and once on I-75 I was at highway speed for the first time since having the vehicle. Due to a sudden traffic situation in front of me I had to hit my brakes hard , when I did I instantly noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel. I was able to make contact with Mr. Mark Anderson , Service Dept manager, and he advised me to bring it in and ask for him directly Mr.Anderson had the vehicle front brakes checked and it was found that the front rotors were worn , he then authorized the mechanic to replace the rotors. This was done at no charge to me. This action by Mr. Anderson made me a from now on Nick Nichols loyal customer Thank you Mr. Anderson for all that you did. Rudy Salazar

Great Experience with Honda of Ocala. My salesman Shac Perkins was awesome. We had to take a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there from Tallahassee but it was worth the drive. Was worried because I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and was hoping not to be in there until midnight. But by 8:45 p.m. I was on the road with my new (used car). The car itself was a great deal and I really had to make that drive to make the purchase! Nick in finance did a great job as well. The electronic signing process was nice. Ied brought in an existing car tag and they handled the transfer with no slow down. Overall, this was a really good purchasing experience and they had to work with me over the phone a bit due to it being an internet sale and stayed a little late to button up the deal!!! Great job all!!!!

I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

I have had my 2024 Lincoln Nadius for over a year now ! There has been a few issues the first 6 months with brakes etc but you can always expect issues the first year! I but I love the interior and exterior style Can’t be more happy with this car It’s been running extremely well now no issues at all !😊

I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve with the 2.7L twin-turbo engine brand new. After 7 years and about 60,000 miles, I can say it's been a great overall experience. My wife primarily drives it for daily school drop-offs and grocery runs, and the MKX has proven to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for family use. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? Yes—for what it offers in comfort, features, and long-term reliability, it’s still a strong choice.

A very comfortable car to drive. On long trips the added features allow you to drive and be more relaxed when you get to your destination. If you are looking at the Navigator and are debating on the L go for the extra length and get the L.

We worked with Jesse on buying the perfect 2door manual Jeep Wrangler for my son who is in the Navy. They helped us find the right one and worked with us and our schedule. Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase.

We are no-nonsense, straight up kind of people and car shopping is our least favorite thing to do in the world. However, this was a much different experience. They had a good selection of cars and had the trim and color we wanted. We live 3 hours away and working with John in internet sales was very easy. No pushy sales or pressure; and the no haggle pricing was easy to understand and saved us money as compared to the dealers in my city. Estimating our trade in value was also easy despite the long distance. We could not tell from the website some details about the car, but John and Tabitha took photos and emailed them to us- went the extra mile. Once there, our car was ready for pick up; we got the "tour" from John, completed the required paperwork and we were out the door. A very pleasant car buying experience.

Bought this car 3 years old with 23000 miles. I have owned it for 1 year now. Outside of the door unlock feature on the passenger door sometimes not working the car has been a dream. I love driving my Lincoln, and it is hands down my favorite car I've ever owned. I love that Lincoln gives me the Lincolnway app free so I can start my car, lock / unlock my doors check tire pressure check fuel level and more. When it's new car time I will go to my Lincoln dealer first.

I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.
