Areas for Improvement – A Work in Progress Some people mention ease of entry and exit, but I personally have had no issues. The AI Voice Assistant could integrate better, but I know Lucid is actively improving it and will push updates over the air, so I have no concerns there. Final Verdict – A Game-Changer After owning Mercedes and multiple BMW models (M550, M850, 330, i4), I can confidently say that switching to Lucid was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This car has completely redefined my expectations, and I am fully committed to the Lucid brand for as long as I can be. We have 700 miles on our Lucid Grand Touring. This car truly is a dream. We have owned many of cars but ,there is nothing that can compare to this car. I will never go back to infernal combustion. It's God bless Lucid, American can be proud of this one

Full-disclosure I didn't end up buying the car I was considering from Da Vinci (ultimately I bought a different class of new vehicle instead), but I received phenomenal service from Rudolf. He was informative, helpful, and patient. He was timely in his responses and answered every question I asked. The reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because of the communication experience with the dealership as a whole. Early on I received communicae from multiple individuals, and some of the details of my questions was lost. I had different people asking me questions that I'd previously answered. In any case, Rudolf took over and it was excellent henceforth.

I like getting into it some exterior highway and air sound which some door dampers helped with should have better damping. Having said that i have the 21 inch wheels that transmit more road noise. But having owned 2 Tesla's prior the interior styling is better and certainly less interior or exterior rattle that they have.

Have owned a new Air Touring for two months and have not had a single problem. Love the way the car drives and have gotten many compliments on the exterior and interior design. Our other cars are a 911, a Cayenne and a Tesla. The Lucid is the best combination of fun to drive, comfort, interior space and style. Great car. Recommend the Touring. Would like there to be more sales and service centers.

Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. Lance, Kali and Joe were all super throughout the whole process. The car was detailed to like new perfection. Lance helped us purchase a warranty with the car and everything came off exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership.
