I travelled over an hour to get there based on other reviews. Well worth it. Some things needed service, everything was inspected and explained to me thoroughly. They even changed the battery in my key fob. GO PEGGY!!!

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Agnes was very helpful through out the buying process and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of during the whole purchase process. I can’t say enough that she is the best in the business and will not lead you on or waste your time.

The process was stress free - a refreshing change of pace from the typical car dealer. The dealership was very cordial and professional with several follow ups however they refused to negotiate on the price which I felt was a little too high based on the equipment. As a result I am purchasing at another dealer who was flexible on price and provided a better deal for a similar vehicle with less mileage that also had significantly more options and a higher window sticker.
