We purchased a 2020 Levante Gransport at the end of 2020. Was extremely impressed with its aggressive body lines, handling and beautiful exhaust notes you wouldn't expect to hear from a V6. Negatives: you can see some of the FCA parts within the interior. Its a luxurious cabin for sure, however I would expect a step up with Maserati. There is no shortage of the famous trident logo inside and outside of vehicle and in a sea of BMWs, Audis, and Porsche models that are in this same category, the Maserati stands out. Plus its just cool as xxxx to say I own a Maserati. There is so much race and performance history with the brand. Maserati has done a really good job on their first step into SUVs.

I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. The Levante is a special car to own and wonderful to drive on a daily basis. It's everything you'd expect from an Italian sports car; beautiful curves, uncluttered interior with fine materials, and driving dynamics like no other. The ride is smooth and sorted in normal mode during normal driving. In sport mode the car literally transforms into a machine truly only the Italians could build. The column mounted paddle shifters, sports exhaust, sophisticated adaptive suspension and RWD bias AWD system with a mechanical rear differential puts the Levante in a league of its own. If you're looking for a luxury SUV that truly can leave a smile on your face on any back road, this is the one to have.

I have to say, this is my 4th stop within 3 days before I pull the trigger on the 2020 BMW X5 at Import Masters. I was surprised how I was treated considering I was way underdressed for the occasion. Most sales people would think WHAT THE xxxx IS HE DOING HERE LOOKING AT BMW X5. Edwin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of properly. All the staff are very friendly, even the little guys who are cleaning and waxing cars. They gave me all the information I need it on how to take care of the car. I highly recommend the place and make sure you don’t forget to check out and cruise around the neighborhood. You won’t regret it. xxxx a lot better than some other places I have been to. I advise you to make an appointment before coming in so they can bring it to the showroom. They have so many cars that almost stack on top of each other.

Absolutely the best vehicle I have owned and have driven in my life. Previously had an Acura MDX and a Mercedes GLS and I loved both, but the Levante is on another level. Very smooth, handles great, comfortable, and the performance is excellent.

I brought my BMW X5 from this place I must say my experience with these guys especially Branden was very professional, I found these guys has being trust worthy and very cooperative the went beyond the closing time to make sure I got my vehicle the very day even though I got there around 1& 1/2 hour before closing time ...I got there @ around 6:25 pm and the was supposed to closed @8pm...Thanks to Branden and José ( I hope I got his name right) And finally and most importantly the price that the advertised for their vehicle will be the price you will pay , not like others who will tell you the advertised price is after you pay down 20%..I will definitely recommend North Star Mitsubishi to you.
