It is so refreshing to find knowledgeable people in the D.C. area who are also honest, conscientious, diligent in their work; and who care about the quality of their work & service to customers. If Mason Binns and his team tell you something about your car, you know it is true, even if you ask about doing something with your car that won’t work. An unfortunate accident put my vehicle out of service for a while. But, the service department, from management to technicians, have done a beautiful job in restoring her to almost original condition. (We’re still waiting on some parts; condition should be perfect when they come in.) Altogether, this dealership, and, especially the service department are outstanding. And, I can’t express well enough how great it is to find people with real integrity, skill and honor with whom to do business! The only downside is the tight conditions on the site. They need more space, both in the shop, and for parking vehicles in need of repair - there are too many Teslas with front-end damage. (I’m assuming drivers relying o “self-driving” features, and not paying attention to what their virtue-signaling “cars” are doing. 😐)

We purchased a 2020 Levante Gransport at the end of 2020. Was extremely impressed with its aggressive body lines, handling and beautiful exhaust notes you wouldn't expect to hear from a V6. Negatives: you can see some of the FCA parts within the interior. Its a luxurious cabin for sure, however I would expect a step up with Maserati. There is no shortage of the famous trident logo inside and outside of vehicle and in a sea of BMWs, Audis, and Porsche models that are in this same category, the Maserati stands out. Plus its just cool as xxxx to say I own a Maserati. There is so much race and performance history with the brand. Maserati has done a really good job on their first step into SUVs.

I already knew what I wanted and Alberto worked with me over the phone to get me that exact car, in a very short time. I found a vehicle on the Prime Motors LLC Virginia website. It is conveniently located if you are driving from Washing D.C. or Maryland. I read the mixed reviews online and decided to come have my own experience. I'm glad I came! The night before, Saturday, I sent a text message to the company letting them know which vehicle I was interested in. The next day Richard responded to my text message. The ride is smooth and sorted in normal mode during normal driving. In sport mode the car literally transforms into a machine truly only the Italians could build. The column mounted paddle shifters, sports exhaust, sophisticated adaptive suspension and RWD bias AWD system with a mechanical rear differential puts the Levante in a league of its own. If you're looking for a luxury SUV that truly can leave a smile on your face on any back road, this is the one to have.
