svc rep Andre was very hospitable and kept me informed daily of the maintenance of my car and what each technician was repairing on the car. He also alerted me on payment for my car could be in installments. He was such a good helper by taking me to my car making sure that I turned on everything in the car to make all was functioning. I upgraded it from x5. I like the handling, couple step advanced than x5. did very well with long drives. back seat space fair. Kids did not compliant for few hours.

The customer service is excellent and the work was done efficiently and at a fair price. This is the cars third service, and, with low mileage all it needed was an oil change. They do not try to sell you anything extra.

I have been talking to multiple dealerships these past months and this one specifically stuck out the most to me. He was never rude or pushy at any time and even made the time to message me during his day off. I cannot express enough how efficient and considerate he was and am saddened that I was unable to give him the sale due to being unable to get approved for the loan. This car has them all beat in every category, except pure speed. It must be a secret how good this car is because if it was not, dealers would not be able to keep them in stock.
