I purchased a 2019 Quattroporte Gran Lusso from Maserati of Newport Beach, as a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned), with the balance of the 4/50K warranty, plus one year of CPO, and I purchased a 2nd. year of CPO. The car was virtually in "brand new" condition, and was a local Newport Beach lease car. I love the sound of the engine, the ZF 8-speed automatic, the aromatic leather, and the modified U-Connect infotainment system. Car is totally up to date. Does it have some of that Italian quirkiness? - of COURSE it does. If you want a uninspiring tomb, get a Lexus This car has SOUL. It drives like no other 4-door luxury offering. The 424HP twin turbo V-6 just SINGS! Heck, it was 1/2 the price of a brand new one!

Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. Please give the car more love because when its gone, people will realize how good the car truly was.

My wife and I looked and looked for a car near or below 10k with decent mileage. Pary’s had what looked like the car; a 2014 Chevy Sonic. They showed it to us over FaceTime before we came down. They were friendly and answered all our questions. They wouldn’t haggle but the price was already good. they are family owned. We spoke with the father, the adult daughter Pary (dealers namesake), and the young adult son. They are all super nice. The car is driving really well and we are very pleased. Of course the ex wife and others said omg you got a headache of troubles by buying a Maserati! I ignored all. I have the 2014 SQ4 is incredible and the Sport mode is incredible. But a bit too dangerous for me because I always floor it!! Amazing and BEAUTIFUL car!

Between their integrity, and willingness to make things right, this dealership demonstrates qualities that you don't get at a generic big dealership. I was kind of on the fence going to a small dealership like this but I bought my dream car here at a fair price. When I noticed an issue, they immediately addressed the issue and fixed it. They went above and beyond for me putting the car in a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage and suspension components. If I ever buy another used car it'll definitely be from them again.

Was looking for a used BMW X5 and saw one on that they had listed on the internet. Made contact and they promptly got back with me on same thru emails and phone calls. Car was priced right and made a deal. Since out of town, flew in to Dallas where they had a Lyft driver lined up who took me to the dealership and met in person Nawal Maysi who had been helping me. Went over the vehicle and took a test drive with everything that Nawal had told me about the vehicle being correct and closed on the deal. Was on the road driving the BMW back in no time. Love it even more today! Yearly oil change only. Daily driver, the sound every morning starts my day right. Italian leather, wood, sexy curves,and exhaust makes jealous Tesla owners wimper about their gas savings.

With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.
