Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back,fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. I totally recommend this place definitely a five out of five.

Of course the ex wife and others said omg you got a headache of troubles by buying a Maserati! I ignored all. I have the 2014 SQ4 is incredible and the Sport mode is incredible. But a bit too dangerous for me because I always floor it!! Amazing and BEAUTIFUL car!

I bought this car for my wife in the AWD Q4 configuration. It is very stylish and to my eye, beautiful inside and out. It has a lovely exhaust note and a subtle, appealing turbo whine to go along with it. In Sport mode, the exhaust note becomes more pronounced and the performance quite exhilarating. Handling is surprisingly good for a car of its size. The AWD system works perfectly, helping with traction especially in the wet. I would rate it equal to the BMW 5 series in all performance categories (but not the M5). As an every-day driver, it works just fine with a large trunk and well-laid out controls. The Garmin-derived navigation system is intuitive, making it easy to use. Visibility is excellent. The only problems we have had have been tires and front brakes. The OEM Pirellis stick well but do not last. I replaced them with Michelin Pilot Super Sports which were superior in every way, especially longevity. The front brake rotors warped and had to be replaced due to differentially torqued lug nuts (not Maserati's fault). The good news was that replacement was not especially expensive and a fairly easy DIY project for even an amateur mechanic.

Even though I didn't purchase the vehicle I initially was interested in, the entire encounter with this dealership was impeccable. The owner and his salesman were helpful, patient and respectful. As an individual with autobody and mechanical knowledge, I highly recommend this dealer.

This car is noticed on the road it truly turns head with the V6 engine and the twin turbo set up. Fun fun fun. My friends love to drive it as well.

My experience at Affinity Auto Sale was the best experience I done had with a car dealership. All the guys was cool especially my salesman Henry. I have owed the Ghibli for a few years now. White/Cuoio (brown), all add on's (97k msrp) Pros: Sound, comfort, exclusive, power, column paddle shifters, stance, curves, front facia, quad exhaust tips, visibility, info screen, and much more. Cons: After warranty expires, part expensive, maintenance is about avg $1500 a year, insurance is a bit high compare to BMW and Benz, If not daily driver, don't buy it!, battery drains if it sits. mpg pretty crappy about 17 avg. car stance is very low, so you cant get in everywhere, be careful. It depreciates a lot, so paying 100k for it to then see it at 30k, hurts. Summary: you pay a lot more on cost of ownership, but the feeling when you drive it, is the best. And everyone looking at it enjoys it (sometimes hates it) as much as you do.

Found this dealership on cars.com and purchased a used Audi s6. Had a great experience. Highly recommend them.

Bought a car for my Daughter, needed radio / GPS integrated system replaced. We took the car and they stood behind the repair of the car. The car is great and my Daughter is extremely happy with her car. I brought the car in for service and they said I didn’t need some of the services I requested which saved me money. They are honest and very nice to deal with.

I test drive the Masurati and it was a nice clean car and has nice power and drive great! Great car for traveling and just to drive around town.

My 4th Quattroporte (and 6th Maserati ) over the last 35 years. My 2015 (bought used) Q-Porte is by far the best I've ever owned. Rock solid reliable, fast and sexy sounding as only the Italians can do it. Normally you have to have a sense of humor to own Italian cars (FIAT-Fix It Again Tony) but in the case of the Quattroporte just buy one, you won't be sorry.

This car gains the attention of others at every light...feel great and look great in this gem. This car has been maintained and is in mint condition. Less than 10,000 miles a year put on it and feels brand new. Maserati models don't vary much so, no one will know what year it is. Treat yourself and enjoy!

Honestly I have no idea why people hate on this car, it is very reliable so far for our experience and Sounds amazing and is a pleasure for the ears. The car is comfortable and the screen has no glitches. If you want to keep up with reliability you will need to keep up with maintence, so its not that bad. Please give the car more love because when its gone, people will realize how good the car truly was.

I made an appointment on line. When I arrived they had a loaner full of gas waiting for me. Then when I picked up my Bentley it looked brand new again. That is what I call "THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!"

I made the decision to end my "mom car-SUV days" and was set on two other luxury brands. On a whim, I listened to my 24 year old son that pleaded that we go to the Maserati dealership. Well, all it took was about two minutes driving the Ghibli on the lot! Once I hit the street with it-look out. I actually squealed with excitement on my test drive! Although the Ghibli does not have as many tech features inside as other brands, it is a dream to drive. It's a mix of super sporty, elegance, and complete comfort!

No pressure. Buying process was fast and easy. It was a pleasure to do business with.
