I was initially concerned about some of the reviews on the 14’s & 15’s. I ended up buying a 2018 Ghibli SQ4 GranLusso. We are very happy with the car. It has been reliable and extremely fun to drive. I have the red interior with Bowers Wilkens stereo. I could care less about some of the concerns with the info system being too rudimentary...looks fine to me. I will find any excuse to drive the car. Enjoy.

It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

I first purchased a car from Ralph in 2020! A great C300 Benz, LOW MILES & till this day it still runs like NEW! I still have the car no with issues ! I bought this car for my wife in the AWD Q4 configuration. It is very stylish and to my eye, beautiful inside and out. It has a lovely exhaust note and a subtle, appealing turbo whine to go along with it. In Sport mode, the exhaust note becomes more pronounced and the performance quite exhilarating. Handling is surprisingly good for a car of its size. The AWD system works perfectly, helping with traction especially in the wet. I would rate it equal to the BMW 5 series in all performance categories (but not the M5). As an every-day driver, it works just fine with a large trunk and well-laid out controls. The Garmin-derived navigation system is intuitive, making it easy to use. Visibility is excellent. The only problems we have had have been tires and front brakes. The OEM Pirellis stick well but do not last. I replaced them with Michelin Pilot Super Sports which were superior in every way, especially longevity. The front brake rotors warped and had to be replaced due to differentially torqued lug nuts (not Maserati's fault). The good news was that replacement was not especially expensive and a fairly easy DIY project for even an amateur mechanic.

I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. And best part was that they walk their talk by following their promise and reconditioning some worn off part that didn`t look the best. Thank you, guys, thank you, Luis.

With over 40K miles, my Ghibli SQ4 is still running super smooth. Love this car...both styling and driving. No significant mechanical issues. I did run into a "turbo under-boost" code this year, but it was related to a worn seal in one of the duct(?) tubes. Anyhow, it was a $350 job via an honest local mechanic (not a dealer). In terms of driver technology engagement, the '16 Ghibli isn't perfect and I wish it was more tech-forward features. However, this would not have dissuaded me from buying the car. :) My wife's 2015 BMW 5-Series doesn't have Apple CarPlay either...but we survive.

This car is solid, quality built and a blast to drive. It is the sports beast you expect at the over 100k new price point. Do not waste your time on the base model unless that is all you can afford, otherwise spend a little extra on the “S”.

Luxury all the way....When you need acceleration look no further than this gem from Italy. I've had BMW and Mercedes and they are nice. This is just on step up and has the exotic look I crave.

Since purchasing my 17' GT MC, nothing but enjoyment and praise. Despite people's misunderstandings and feelings towards Italian cars, I have not had any issues with mine. Easy to maintain and relatively easy to fix. As far as styling goes, you really can't beat the curves or the sound of the Ferrari V8! Last of the great naturally aspirated Maseratis!

I have to say, this is my 4th stop within 3 days before I pull the trigger on the 2020 BMW X5 at Import Masters. I was surprised how I was treated considering I was way underdressed for the occasion. Most sales people would think WHAT THE xxxx IS HE DOING HERE LOOKING AT BMW X5. Edwin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of properly. All the staff are very friendly, even the little guys who are cleaning and waxing cars. They gave me all the information I need it on how to take care of the car. I highly recommend the place and make sure you don’t forget to check out and cruise around the neighborhood. You won’t regret it. xxxx a lot better than some other places I have been to. I advise you to make an appointment before coming in so they can bring it to the showroom. They have so many cars that almost stack on top of each other.
